8x8 has helped with the overall workflow of our office. The online portal makes it easy to send faxes, check the status of colleagues and I am able to see if I have any voicemails. There are tons of features I have yet to explore but the ones that I do use help me be more productive.

The thing that we at Merchant Warehouse love the most about 8x8 has certainly been its dependability. We are new to the 8x8 platform, came over from Vocalocity. The 8x8 system is head and shoulders better than our previous experience. The Outlook integration is awesome and the cell phone application puts the office "on the road". We were also able to cancel our previous paperless fax application and use the integrated service with 8x8. Support during the changeover was spectacular.
