8x8 has helped with the overall workflow of our office. The online portal makes it easy to send faxes, check the status of colleagues and I am able to see if I have any voicemails. There are tons of features I have yet to explore but the ones that I do use help me be more productive.

I love how connected it keeps me. Whether it's in the office or on the road, I can always get things done. Everything is just so easy.
We are new to the 8x8 platform, came over from Vocalocity. The 8x8 system is head and shoulders better than our previous experience. The Outlook integration is awesome and the cell phone application puts the office "on the road". We were also able to cancel our previous paperless fax application and use the integrated service with 8x8. Support during the changeover was spectacular.
