I work in a different location than the main office. It's great to have 8x8 phone service as it is so much easier to stay connected with my colleagues. I also really like the voicemail to email; really handy when I'm working from home. Thanks!

I am a professional private investigator and body guard. My job takes me to many locations, and some locations I have no cell phone reception. With 8x8 I can take my office with me and conduct my office phone activity wherever I have wi-fi or internet connections. Recently I found myself in the remote North Carolina Mountains with no cell phone reception, but I did have an internet connection. I just set up our 8x8 phones earlier this year as a small business. Prior to this we were operating by cell phones, and setting these phones up have been critical to the success of the organization. Their capabilities are extensive and able to create a very solid foundation for our team. Glad to have this product.

The 8 x 8 allows me to utilize a fantastic tool for ACT! When a customer calls, their contact information automatically pops up on the screen.. THIS is a fantastic tool for our very busy Office!!

We have been using 8x8 since, well, before it was 8x8. I can't even begin to tell you how much money my business has saved. As my company has grown 8x8 has grown with us. We offer all of our clients conference call capabilities and a toll free numbers. We also love the fact that we can offer clients in other states a local phone number, making us feel "closer." My staff loves picking out their own on-hold music for their extensions!
