I love Customer Support. Every time I need help or have a question they are very helpful. Some phone companies well... you can't understand their reps and they can't understand you or they aren't knowledgeable enough to help you. This is not the case with 8x8, they always know what to do and how to explain it. Thanks!!

I run an political organization single-handedly, and I'm often not in the office. I just love the fact that the phone calls and faxes we receive come immediately to my email inbox, so I can check them instantly. It means I can give a quick response to our customers, it's super convenient, and it gives me the freedom to work wherever I need to. The ease of use. I love that I can make calls from my computer, that the connection is always clear. Once again what I love is how easy it is to use.

I love 8x8 because of its ability to mobilize my office. I work in insurance and because I can essentially use my office phone on my cell, I can talk with customers wherever, whenever which is very important in this field. This has led to increased productivity and customer satisfaction and service.

8X8 is the most user-friendly business phone service I know of. Kevin was SO helpful during set-up, and the services provided are just what we need for our new business. My favorite thing is how I immediately receive a text message that someone has left me a voicemail message, and delivers it to me in PDF format. SO cool!! Our office is comprised of two employees, myself and Julie. We host several events and out in the community quite a bit. I love the ability to have access to all my information on my cell phone, through the 8x8 application. I can also answer calls from my cell phone if away from the office, which helps our callers and clients get their customer service needs met more efficiently.

I love 8x8 because I have a two hour commute and on days when the weather is bad, I can work from home and not miss any messages. I am able to return phone calls in a timely manner as if I were sitting at my desk!
