We can have more people call in to meetings. The old system only allowed for a certain # which we always went over on. Plus, it's nice to get calls, voicemail anywhere, without having to be at your desk but appearing to be right there!
Security is key for us. During the sales process, our rep put us on the phone with the CISO, which frankly blew me away. What blew me away even more were his credentials, and the way he described his philosophy of security, which made 8x8 an easy decision for us. I know our voice data and call recordings are safe with 8x8.
