Hello, we have using 8x8 services since 10 years. if you ask me what good thing about 8x8. i should say the relationship, accounts managers keeps call me and suggest for upgrade package, if it is cross. it will helps to the customers. only upset things was 8x8 doesn't support manageable dedicate SIP/Trunk services. due to this, we were depends on else services to route. regards, Sekhar

8x8 has expanded our voicemail and messaging capability exponentially while saving time, which saves money.

It allows me to have access to my business line where I am located. And it notifies me instantly of messages that I can play back from my cell phone or my PC if login on offsite.
