What I love most about 8x8 is the convenient way all voicemails are reflected in an email. That way I don't have to notice what the phone is trying to tell me!
I love how streamlined everything is. Its all right on the desktop, no having to shuffle through piles of paper or waste paper printing docs that are not needed.
Biggest waste of time since I opened my business. 14 hours on phone support could not get the phones to work. I was told that the highest level of support would call me. Days went by with only calls of the same tier 1 level support. On top of that I had to pay for shipping back on phones that never worked.

Phone service cheaper than local providers and includes a full phone system, something the local providers don't!
