Our buisness relies heavily on 8x8 for our phone service. Some of the features that we really love is the call recording, and the iOS app for when we are not in the office to place and receive calls as well as texts.

The ability to manage our system online, from anywhere, has allowed us to increase productivity. If employees leave, we can quickly forward their line and change their password. When new employees start, we have their phones set up in an instant. If an employee forgets their password, it's reset with the push of a button. It doesn't matter where our operations managers are, we can manage the system.

There are a few things we love about 8x8: 1. The ability to manage the system remotely. 2. The ability to send calls to other sites at the click of a button in the event of a power / network failure / staffing shortage

Our non profit loves being able to access messages from anywhere - the office, or remotely. It helps us effectively manage our help line calls.

As therapists, it is essential that we have 8x8 services. It is important that we can access voicemail or even have the ability to answer a phone call out of the office due to the sometimes serious nature of mental health.

8x8 has been a total game changer for my office! It has allowed us to better communicate as whole resulting in better productivity! I would recommend 8x8 to others when considering a Voip phone provider.

I Love the fact I can redirect the phone call from my desk phone to my cell phone. My clients and manager can reach me even I am not on my desk.

I have over 50 vendors and 8x8 is in the bottom 10%. Customer Service is terrible. Every change to our account has created even more problems and problems are NEVER solved with one call. Billing errors were found on our account and were not fixed until I called in THREE times. Availability of service techs is also very poor. If you want tech support you will wait on hold for 30 minutes on average. I would not recommend them to anyone in the insurance industry, or any industry for that matter.

What we love most about 8x8 is the ring groups. Other services only allow calls to rotate from one group to another, and each extension is restricted to one group. The fact that we can have a call ring to a few extensions first, then continue to ring to those extensions but bring in additional extensions after a certain amount of time, is really integral to helping us achieve maximum phone coverage and minimize dropped / missed calls.
