I love how it enables us to call any customers from and to anywhere on this planet!!! Our customers always appreciates calling them instead of sending them emails. Phone calls create true and lasting relationships with our customers.
I love that I can easily change our office hours on the website and then easily forward to our answering service when we aren't here.
The 8x8 Virtual Office App on our smartphones means our staff can professionally answer calls from anywhere in the world, while our clients may as well think they are sitting at their desk!
We love 8x8's voicemail service. When I'm away from my office, the audio emails are very convenient and I can listed to them from anywhere.
8x8 was absolutely terrible. The system is buggy, doesn't do the basics of taking calls, and their customer service is a disaster. After months and dozens of hours of working with them I couldn't get the system to work. Customer service is rude and unhelpful. I would strongly recommend not using 8x8 for any uses.

We just switched to 8x8 services to replace a 20 year old NEC PBX, and I am impressed by the number of permagrins walking around the office :) 3 months after deployment I still get excited comments from someone finding a bell or whistle that they didn't even know was available. We thought NEC Unified Communication was cutting edge, but 8x8 CC blows it away. Thank you 8x8!!
8X8 are thieves. Businesses beware! I paid my monthly bill religiously via credit card. They PORTED my business phone number away from me with out approval; stating that they emailed me about it. Strange.....if I am paying my bill monthly, why would I want my phone number ported away. They stated by LAW, if they don't hear from a client when sending them an email, they can port it away.
