We have been working with 8x8 for several years trying to be able to hear our customers .. the line breaks up constantly. We worked with them to change our cable providers , we have done everything and our customers were frustrated when they were unable to hear what we were saying and vise versa . Service was terrible . It's really cool to be able to take my communications system on the road. On my last conference, all I had to do was connect with the soft phone over wifi. For my client, it was like I never left the office!
decent service, but watch out for early termination fees, you will pay them! that is the reason for my one star here, and on Google reviews.
I'm a partner at a commercial real estate company and we are very mobile. The ability to use the entire suite of services within Virtual Office on my mobile device is extremely convenient. I love having the flexibility of leaving the office at any time and knowing I will not be away from my office phone.
Since we are spread out across the country in 4 different offices we have the ability to see who is available for calls as well as being able to see if someone is off that day or just not available due to meetings or breaks and this enables us to handle incoming calls for co workers more effectively.
I can be technically challenged on occassion. However using the app to set up a conference call is a piece of cake---even for me!!
