the fact that i recd a message on all missed even if i'm away from mydesk as i get my email on my cell and this is very impt to me, not missing any messages....thanks

1)we dont need to install the application,its browser based. 2)routing calls are easy, i mean to your cell phone or landline 3)dont have to be geek to configure and use it

I don't often do this but I do think, with at least five years of using 8x8, I should say that I'm pleased. I don't use all of the services offered, which are many, but do know if there is a question that I may have or my staff it will be answered without any problems. I would suggest to anyone, who relies on their phone system for survival, that they give this Company an opportunity to show what they have to offer. The service, price and ease of use is something to consider.

The 24/7 ability to fax into the systems I need to fax to is the most beneficial. The system allows the continuation of faxing until it is completed and a lot of times my faxes are what tech support states is to large to send. However I have found that if I send a fax and it is undelivered of timed out the system saves a copy of the fax I was trying to send and I then use this saved version and the system will allow the fax to go through even if it is 100 pages or more. 90% of my business is electronic and *x* allows me to s... read more

Ported numbers out of 8x8 in February, they continued to charge for March, April, and May even though we were not using their service. We called to see if we could get a refund, talked to J. in the cancellation department who provided us with nothing but an attitude and scripted answers. Would not recommend to anyone due to shady business practices.

We've used the service for years. My dealing with tech support in the past several calls has been awful. They act bored and don't seem to want to problem-solve why we have to uninstall then reinstall the software every other month.

Absolutely appalling customer service: Submitted a port request in Sept 2015, was initially advised it should take 1 - 2 weeks. After months of me chasing it up and getting no answers I was finally given a port date of 4th March. On the 4th our main number (the one displayed on our website) could not receive inbound calls, I contacted 8x8 and was told that its part of the port process and not to worry At 17:30 on the 4th I was advised that there had been an issue with the port and 8x8 had 'lost' our number.
