Your calls keep dropping! No standardized way of categorizing calls. Hate it!!
On first start of the day (SFDC) the VO integrated soft-phone crashes and asks me to log in again (It asks me to log into SSO). It then functions fine for the rest of the day
Yes, so when I am using it with Salesforce it keeps saying I have a limit of 5. Not sure what it's referring to but it's very difficult to fix.
My only main issue at this time is 8x8's ability to properly log and record phone calls. More often than not, the call does not automatically recognize a phone number and record the call under the "Activity History". Most often it is recorded as an "Unknown Call" even though that phone number is tied to a contact in our database. Why can't 8x8 automatically recognize the number and properly log the phone call? This applies to both a user's Call Log "Report" and the contact's "Activity History".
Calls often are not recorded properly. A lot of people have to consistently uninstall and reinstall the app.
Call feature is not working, whenever i am dialing my contact number and dial it, it will show Ringing but i have not received any call.
It often pulls up the wrong phone number for the wrong account when a call comes in or shows up as "unknown caller" and we aren't able to add comments to it. Is there any way to improve that?
My calls are not logging correctly at all. I made 12 dials and Salesforce is showing 2
