I just a very strange and bad experience here. I had a known COVID exposure last week so made an appointment to get a PCR test as I will be traveling to see family and wanted to be safe. The nurses refused to give me a test saying it wouldn't work unless I had symptoms. This is strange because this goes against what the CDC recommends if you've had an exposure and I was under the impression a PCR test can test for asymptomatic COVID. All in all - they should have just given me the test as I had insurance to pay for it, a kno... read more
This is hands down the worst medical facility in Denver. DO NOT GO HERE. Literally, drive anywhere else. I went here with a 99.7 degree fever I'd had for a week. They took my temperature. The doctor came in, noticeably annoyed for some reason, and told me I had to immediately go the ER. For a fever and stomach ache. He made me sign a waiver telling me to go. That was it. They did literally nothing. Just told me I was infected and I might die if I didn't go to Lutheran ER that night. No questions about my medical history. No ... read more

As many others have stated, this urgent care place is staffed with rude, incompetent people. I went here for severe back pain, and they immediately assumed I was a pill seeker - even if you don't ask for medication at all. Just showing up here with back pain caused them to treat me this way. They made sarcastic remarks and gave me the third degree, questioning whether my pain was real. I couldn't believe it. When I complained to the office manager or whoever she was how I was treated, the office manager or whoever she was tr... read more

Very disappointing, they come up on a list of facilities that can do covid-19 testing without an appointment. When you arrive, they tell you you must see a provider for an office visit prior to being tested. Even if you are asymptomatic and being tested as a precaution, like if you were exposed but are not sick. There is no reason to have to see a physician if you are asymptomatic, except they want to bill your insurance company because they know the insurance companies are ALL paying for covid-19 related visits. There's a r... read more

I made a 5pm Rapid Covid test apt in advance online. Come to find out when you arrive they do not honor the online apt, I then proceeded to wait 2hrs till my test, mind you only 5 people were ahead of me. I know working in the medical field is a thankless job and working for a Urgent Care is not glamorous, however the staff could have handled themselves more professionally, they were not very friendly or welcoming on top off the fact I had to sit outside for 2hrs to wait my call for a 5 second test...
