Edit: They refunded the second copay and took good care of me. Very kind and concerned. They took fine care of me when I cut my thumb. I was told by both the nurse and the assistant that there would be no copay when I came back to have the stitches removed. There was one when I came back. Always disappointing to pay more money than you were told but at least my thumb is ok.

Went here because it was the only urgent care open and I didn't want to spend hours at an emergency center. Everyone was so nice and it was fast and efficient. I am surprised at the bad reviews and most of them are kind of dumb. People aren't always gonna be in the best mood. That's ok! All I know is they were nice to me, the place and staff upheld cleanliness and they treated my wound with care.

I wanted to write a review to counter act the 2.5 stars they have. I was so nervous to go here because of the low ratings but it was the only place open late at night. So glad I gave it a chance! The staff was so great, especially the doctor I saw. They were efficient and friendly. Doctor and nurse really listened to me and wanted to do everything they could to help!

Went there for urgent care. The staff, nurses, and doctors included do not wash their hands after being on their computers inputting information from one patient to another, I observed it for myself. You will need to ask them to wash their hands before touching you, and you should not have to do this in a clinic. Nor do they wear gloves. I left there questioning whether they go from room to room and patient to patient without washing their hands. So disturbing. I will go to a different place next time I need urgent care. If I could I would give it zero stars. We walked in and were immediately judged by the front desk man, Wayne Feindel. My friend had an extremely deep cut on 3 of his fingers and we left his ID in a panic at home. We were turned away because he did not have his ID. His fingers were bleeding and his was in extreme pain. Wayne gave him no sympathy and did not look at his fingers at all. He was seen after we drove back to get his ID and Celeste snediker was very rude. She was rough in his deep cuts and while she was handling him... read more
