the crew was fine. what wasn't was the price. I was quoted $159 per hour. so when it was over $1000 for four hours I was not too happy with them. won't use them again, would not recommend.

I regret hiring All My Sons. Not only did the movers waste time and work slow, they each took 15-20 minute bathroom breaks, one stopped working to answer a call from his friend wanting a Netflix password (he spent time texting that friend too), and they didn’t move my elliptical which is the reason I selected the company. It took 4.5 hours to wrap and load furniture only for a one bedroom w/office apartment (over 2 hours to wrap alone). If I could give these guys a negative star, I would! 2 months ago AMS moved us from one side of our apt complex to the other. Literally a 2min drive. In transit, our brand new 65in tv was damaged beyond using. We sent in a claim for this $1,400 tv and just got their claim status back that they're offering us $250 for the completely broken tv. $250!!! Cannot stress my unhappiness enough!! My daughter needed AFFORDABLE help to move, and I spoke to these people personally when they requested $100 deposit on credit card toward the move. I asked the rate and what to expect. NEVER was I quoted anything except $99/hour. For a 2 3/4 hour move they charged $471.24. When I expressed my unhappiness they blamed it on my daughter!!! Over $200 hidden fees and they had her stuff in their possession unless I paid. Unhappy is an understatement, and THEY DON'T CARE!!

We seriously regret using all my sons. They caused over $1500 worth of damage to our furniture, new house and old house and will pay out less than 1/3 of that to "make things right". Not to mention, one of the movers was extremely rude. He made a comment about me being fat (I'm 5' and 100 lbs). Terrible customer service, and all around awful experience. Will not be using this company again.
Very unprofessional!!!!!! They didn't have the right tools to breakdown my bed, they threw my sofa cushions over the balcony. My next door neighbor saw them tossing around my furniture while loading the truck and to top it off, they put a dent in my wall, scratched up the garage door as well as my washer and dryer!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!!! Unless you just want to waste your money.
