Called for a quote and the agent was rude. Hung up on me just because I was only calling for a quote (which I clearly stated in the beginning) and I refused to make an immediate decision. RUDE COMPANY!!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I can not recommend All My Sons. They nickle and dime customers and have rude customer service staffers. The 2 men who did our move were great! They were respectful, pleasant, and did a good job moving our items. The pricing is ridiculous. They added charges I did not authorize. One was $175, and the other was $135. They also charge a full hour's wage for their travel time, then add an additional 18% for a "fuel surchage." I will not use them again.

DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS!! 1 room 4.4 miles - 2 hrs min, $100 dep + $632 ...$732 TOTAL!! They called 3 times to confirm my reservation & had it wrong each time...they were LATE...they took their sweet time (no rush)...they wrapped my stuff in saran wrap & didn't ask or mention a charge...as well as my tv (extra time used)...storage location less than a mile to put boxes, slowed down working...15 mins before they are done try to charge me $890 on top of my already paid $100 deposit...I argued back & forth with the office fin... read more

Seems like every item has some type of damage. Worst movers. Personable but not effective/professional. Sales rep Brett was great but no team to back him up. Brand new nightstand damaged & they gave 100.00 Find another company.

Moving is hectic enough but this was a complete nightmare. Speaking with Austin at the Company was a great experience. Very thorough and caring. Called to confirm they were coming. Put a $100 down payment. Movers came and seemed like it was going to be a great day. I moved half my items the day before because it is so expensive and I didn't want my dishes in their care. NEVER AGAIN! Way too expensive. What I was quoted -vs- what I paid was totally different. We went over all the possible charges just to have them change once they were done. I was charged almost $500 for a fuel charge. My irritation is that this was not even mentioned when they called to discuss the quote. Then I was charged about a $100 over the traveling fee than what I was told. Almost $3000 to move three bedrooms with very limited furniture. Run! Do not use this company!!! I recently left a 5 star review based on the actual movers! They were amazing. The customer service team is where they fall short. When I first called I spoke with a young lady who was very sweet. It was solely because of her that I chose this company. The Thursday before my move date I received a call from AMS to go over the details of my move. He advised of things that I wasn't aware of.
