DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY If I could select zero stars, I would. I had an incredibly simple move, and then after they brought my 75" TV in, they knocked it over and broke the screen. They're trying to give me $180 for a $1300 TV. They also said they were doubling what they "should" be giving me because it's based on the weight of the item broken. I've tried calling multiple times and no one will call me back. Small claims court will figure this out.
This company is a total scam! I was severely over charged for time, materials that were never used and I was charged almost $200 for fuel cost. Fuel cost! I never agreed to pay for fuel. I was told I was gonna pay $670 but instead I was charged $1203! I would never recommend their services to anybody. A total rip off and disgrace to the public.
I will never recommend them or use them again. They have been so unhelpful and rude since they finished the move. They wasted my time, sent in movers who were high, and they dropped my 75" tv. They offered 1/10 of its worth. I would not trust them. They sweet talk you before the move and completely try to discard you during and after.
Do not trust them! I was told, a cc was needed to hold my move date and my card wouldn't be charged, until the day of the move. They charged the card within hours! A bunch of liers! I had to dispute the transaction. If I give zero as a rating, I woul!
All My Sons Moving Company operates in a DECEPTIVE manner. Upon seeking out a quote, I specifically inquired as to whether disassembly and reassembly of a conference room table and office cubicles would occur. I was unequivocally told Yes. Disassembly did occur; however, at the delivery site reassembly of the cubicles did not occur. FYI - the company requires you to pay for the move prior to the movers moving items into the delivery site. All My Sons Moving and Storage is the worst moving company that I have ever worked with. They arrived 5 hours late at 3pm and took 8 hours to pack., move and deliver the contents of a 2 bedroom apartment. The broke the pedestal of the dinning room table which now will not stand. We were told to use some wood glue. They left behind 10 bags filled with clothing as well as several mirrors and pictures hanging on the wall saying, "We don't cover those"??? Quoted 3 guys for a price ( had it in writing) 2 guys showed up same price. Still due a refund on time not used (refund pending- per my last call) Broke a 75 inch TV bought less than 3 months a ago offered me 150.00 for it and they packed it.
We hired All My Son's to move a large custom granite table on a local move. They recommended that we have the table crated, and even recommended a great company to do this. When the 4 movers arrived, they admittedly knew that they were not strong enough to move the table safely, yet attempted to load the 2000 pond table into their truck. Horrible moving experience. I had my stuff in storage with them so used them to move the stuff from storage to my new place. When the move was set with them we agreed to an hourly rate for 3 movers that included the assembly of furniture. On the day of the move they arrived 8 hrs later than planned, only arrived with 2 movers, and did not bring all the tools needed to assemble furniture.
