I am amending my previous review because the customer service team reached out to me and resolved the issues to my satisfaction. Thank you for being willing to work with customers when they have a complaint and making it a point to coach the employees on what they can do to make sure things like this are prevented in the future.

I have had such a horrible experience with this company. I would recommend finding a different company. Their prices are ridiculous and they add other surcharges after you book them that weren’t originally quoted. I booked my move three weeks in advance and they confirmed the day before. Less than 24 hours after confirmation they call me to tell me they will not be able to get to me because their crews “didn’t show up”. Poor management.
We paid the deposit, scheduled everything and even talked to them 4 times to make sure we were all set. I called, was told they’re running a little behind, twice...fast forward to 1:00pm day we are supposed to be out of our apartment and sorry we can’t make it...thank God Firehouse Movers was as awesome as they are. Showed up 2 hours later and got us moved!

There was an attendance issue with one of the moving crews on the day of your move, which was the cause of the situation. We take full responsibility for that and we are happy that you were able to get moved on the same day by a different mover. We hired them to move us from Lewisville to Azle. We were quoted confidently a 4 hour load with one truck. It took 8 hours to load and two hours to unload. They lost the hardware for our entertainment center and for our children's beds. They needed a second truck and still didn't finish so a one day four hour load turned into a two day twice the charge move. Only gave them 1 star because I can't give them 0 stars
They were slow and unprofessional! Who starts the time clock and then gives you 100 pages to read and sign?!?!? This company!!! So I signed quickly since the time had started. When I complained on a survey sent after then move about multiple issues.... no one called!!! Shocking!!! They don’t care about anything after they have your money!! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!! Do your research, there are much better companies out there that won’t screw you over.
My next door neighbor used this company. The guys decided to be lazy and backed their large, heavy truck down my driveway and yard without my permission. The truck is already heavy and left ruts in my mole infested yard. I went to ask the guys how heavy the truck is and will be because I have a sprinkler system that could be broken. The guys just laughed me off. Poor customer service!!!! Even Nebraska Furniture won't pull their trucks, that are same size, into the drive way. Have pictures if needed
