Worst customer service I have ever received. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE. The first call to the company was nice, gave them all the info on the stuff that I have, got a quote for 2 guys at 119 an hour, plus an hour for travel. I put down a 100 dollar deposit. Another guy called me the very next day to thank me for my business and that they were still finalizing the schedule. They call me Friday to confirm that I am second on the books for Saturday, they tell me I have 3 guys booked for 159 an hour, I told... read more

This was my first time working with All My Sons, and I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. They are definitely a 0/5 stars company. I needed a standard-sized couch moved from the second-story of a home in Arlington to a third-story apartment in Grapevine. I was quoted $159. The movers arrived late, which is not a surprise, but really- for the first move of the day? Broke my furniture filled out a claim and want to settle for 150 00 dollars. Cant sit at my dining table 4 out of 6 chairs are broke. 159 00 won't buy one chair. Assholes Fuck you worst company....

Worst service I have ever received! I scheduled my move May 3 for move out today (June 1). They even called yesterday to confirm. No one showed today and after numerous phone calls I was told each time someone would be there but they didn’t know when. At 6pm, I called again and was told the move would not happen because the drivers exceeded their drive time for the day. I don’t know how this company stays in business treating customers this way. WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER! I've used ten moving companies over the past 15 years and this experience has more issues than every other one combined. They didn't make a single time commitment, they scratched everything they touched because they didn't wrap it and drug finished surfaces on the concrete, they over billed me, they left boxes in the garage instead of carrying them upstairs as they promised, and one guy quit half way through the job bit they still charged me for him (at overtime rates!). I paid a $535 deposit and they never showed up on my moving day. I left my house at 6:30 am and drove 70 miles to meet them for my move. I called at 9:30 and they hadn’t even left yet. They kept telling me they would get to me. Finally at 1:45 they said they weren’t going to do my move. I took a day off from work, which was wasted, and then had to find another mover. Awful experience. 6 hours late from appointment time, quote didn’t include materials/hidden fees, dropped and ripped corners of my mattress, ridiculous cost for two hour move, and very little discount made for all the trouble. Move crew was nice and courteous and hard working but the office management sucked. Don’t recommend.
