This was a horrible experience. Was literally a 2 hour move..this is 4th time moving..and they took 5.75 hours. Constantly trying to upscale me on packing materials, bigger crew. Absolutely could not believe they estimated my time and would not unload until paid..overcharged 45 minutes and Absolutely no one will take Mt call or reply. This is not a professional company. They stacked glass furniture in storage and ruined it. They left my piano behind, delivered the legs damaged and made horrible scratches on my brand new wood floors. I've moved 12 times and never had any damage like this. I would never use this company again!

do not ever use this company!!! they broke my tv, ceiling fan and safe and offerd me $800!! i called and left a message for the ceo, julian gomez, and 21 minutes later i got an email that said my claim had been cancelled!!! pos company!!! they will &@$? !& £€% %#* and not think twice about it!!!!!!

i got a first time crew that had no idea what they were doing. The "trainer" showed up and he was an arrogant prick. He tried to argue over damage they caused. I have pictures and have made a claim. We will see where that goes. The absolute worst experience. Just save yourself a lot of grief and don't hire this company.

Please do no use this company. We were originally quoted a little over $400 for a move from a 2 bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom townhome. When we called back to make the deposit we were quoted almost $900, they advised using a 3 person team rather than a 2 man team due to wanting to get it done asap. The staff arrived on time and they were good hard workers. But when they told us our final total it was $1500! How did the initial quote we received more than triple? Beware!!!! They were scheduled for 830 and arrived at 1030 Price quoted was little over 7k for 2 trucks and 8 yes 8 workers They did not have appropriate supplies no packing paper! And no wardrobe boxes none not one How do you pack a house without these. Clothes in closets were packed in large dish boxes It took 8 people and me all day. THESE MOVERS ARE HORRIBLE! We needed to move out of our house and into storage while our new house is being finished. Most of our stuff (clothes, bath, pictures, everything hanging on our walls, lamps, all of our babies stuff including his crib) we moved with us into our temporary location so there was a few boxes, furniture, and our garage stuff that the movers had to move. This company are scam artists. I booked them for a move via Stephanie, CSR. She quoted me a price I was some what comfortable with. She stated I would receive a call from the Operations Mgr. the next day (day before my move). Mason called the next morning to confirm and stated he would go through the charges with me. Due to heat, they were changing me from a 2-man move to a 3-man move due to the heat ($189/hr to $219/hr) with no notice. Paid top dollar for a move into a storage unit while our house was finishing being built. We asked what to do if we pull furniture out of the storage unit and it's damaged (since we couldn't see it), and were told we could file a claim.
