I received a call last minute to tell me that they weren't going to be able to get to me, regardless of me being on the schedule. Instead of offering to get to me first thing the next morning they offered the same time slot the next day. At this point they had lost all of my trust so I opted to cancel, hopefully they will refund my deposit as promised.

This company tried to charge me 8 hours for what should have been a 4 hour move. They asked for full payment for 8 hours before they would unload the truck. I had to argue and ended up paying for 5 hours. This company is horrible! Do not hire them. Worst moving experience I’ve ever had!

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE USE THIS COMPANY TO MOVE. Not only did they show up 7 HOURS late, EVERY single piece of furniture I own was damaged, half of it quite extensively. Most of my furniture are items I inherited from my grandparents and holds sentimental value - the men who arrived to move my things were informed of this and were asked to be gentle as much of it was old. Horrible experience, tried to charge me for every little thing and way too expensive for what they do. then said they will take my stuff and sell it if I didn’t pay. Screw them I did it myself in half the time with U-Haul and a lot cheaper. Do not recommend ever using these jokes for anything.
We hired this company back in April 2018 to do our move from McKinney, TX to College Station, TX and it was the worst experience that we ever had. After the move, there was damage done to our old house which we had to explain to the new buyers (what a predicament) and we identified multiple damages being done to our personal, as well heirloom items. Horrible! From start to finish. Requested early morning, was scheduled for afternoon. Finally got switched to morning and the crew was 4 hrs late. And to top it all off, they charged my account twice! Still waiting for a $900 refund. Do not use this company. Save yourself the hassle
I dont know what changed about this company. A few years ago I used this company and they were good. BUT NOW, they are not good. They told us the people would arrive at 8am to move. My husband kept calling after 2 hrs no one would come due to their staff going out the night before. That is unprofessional.
