DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They didn't follow through with a single thing they promised. The workers had horrible customer service and actually vaped in my new home. They were lazy and damaged THOUSANDS of dollars worth of property, furniture and art. The items them packed for us were scratched, broken, or arrived to the new location in pieces. Wow, where to start... I hate leaving reviews, but after today, I felt I needed to. Our crew was polite and nice, but we're not efficient. We had to pay extra for materials that were extremely overused. It took 30 minutes for one TV to be prepared... we ended up paying for 3 hours extra because of this, and we ended up leaving our bedroom furniture because it was broken and couldn'ttafford the 2 hours it would have taken to move a headboard and one dresser. I scheduled a move of 2 bedroom appartmnet , without! appliances to house when 95% of my house was already packed!. Local move, same city, 10 min driving! I kept extra bubble wrap and tape for them to use. . They use their own and charge you extra in the end no matter what. Yesterday I had the worst experience with one of this company's managers Doug. He made the movers stop in the middle of our move to render payment! He also wanted me to pay for two separate moves after the woman telling when I booked let's do one because it would less expensive. So they sat there about 30 min not working. When I get this unprofessional jerk and said "it's okay we won't be using you again" He states "thank you for you kind words and have a good day!!!" WTF!!!!! Where to even start. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Use anybody but them! The amount of damage they caused to my property, complete lack of ownership or care as well as poor handling of a claim was SO FRUSTRATING. First of all, what top tier moving company doesn't know to wrap white material furniture or anything breakable? I had a brand new white Pottery Barn couch, absolutely destroyed. Where to even start. God damn. $1,123.00 after being quoted less than $600. They will pay there guys after being paid 15 an hour to move. They don't give a fuck about your shit. Check out my tv.
Honestly the worst experience Ive ever had I was moving from a 1bedroom apartment. I was quoted 400 dollars plus 100 deposit. the Guys got There and called back to the office and said "start clock" on the paper work it was listed as 8:00 they arrived at 8:15. he has me signing paperwork for 30 min. Do not use this moving serving. If you do, take a week to read through all the charges not explained to you. My quote for $600 resulted in over a $1000 charge. The movers are not the problem. The problems are all the additional fees that are quickly or not explained to you. Gas, labor, and other fees plus the regular charges. They charge per mover. Do not go for the additional mover con. We chose them because they advertised themselves as giving their customers the best moving experience that would be completed by moving specialists. We were informed that these specialists would take extreme care with each of our items and ensure everything was properly secured in the boxes and in the truck.
