I think you can read my yelp review it sums it completely. Don't use ever!!!! Avoid!!!! The most expensive in my life the shortest distance of moves.
We had all my sons move us back in July. Not only were the guys slow, unprofessional, and rude. They didn’t want to be there and they continually ate up the clock. We had only a few rooms to move, the kitchen and closets were already packed boxed and ready to go. What was supposed to take about 4 1/2 he’s took almost 9. Charged us $1800. We also had to call twice during the day to request another mover. They were so lazy they moved our couch through the living room and scratched the hard wood. Pathetic excuse for a company, charged my grand parents over $500 to move a couple items to the street. They were originally quoted around $100 then felt like they were getting conned when one of the guys sat on the couch attempting to justify the charges the whole 30 minutes they were there. Absolutely sick to take advantage of older clientele. They were in fear not knowing what to do but pay the money to get them to leave.

We called the Ft. Worth location call center yesterday and spoke to Adel who gave us wrong information from the geiko, $5 dollar deposit and $99 an hour for minimum of two hrs. Check my bank account this morning and there was a $250 charge; called them again this morning and couldn't get a hold of someone at the FT. Worth location but spoke to Ryan the manager in dallas who was able to assist us and was straight forward with correct info. Now it's just a matter of getting our $$ back from false advertisement and not giving f... read more
