Horrible company. Definitely bait and switch on price! I was quoted completely different than what I was charged. By the time they gave me a total they were holding my stuff hostage. They dropped my very expensive refrigerator and dented it. Took numerous breaks and would just stand around. Used extra packing supplies that I had to pay for, terrible service. I scheduled to start between 9-10am, they showed up at 8 am. Terrible packing stuff was turned upside down and strewn around. Will never recommend them to anyone. Shoddy... read more
Don't ever use this company. They literally robbed my best friend. They took long breaks to ensure the move lasted all day. They even threatened to steal her stuff and not unload it. They will catch you at a vulnerable moment so that you have no choice but to pay the ridiculous price. And whatever you do, don't get sucked into the OT fees. My friend was so distraught after using this company she couldn't even write a review. I am so disturbed and I would hate for anyone to ever have to go through what she went through.
