The moving team took extra care and moved everything with speed and ease. Very professional and courteous.
This was the theid move that I had with this company. The first move was excellent. It was efficient. Nothing got damaged. Up and down three flights of outside stairs in a hot Texas day. The second one was not. Items were broken because they were dropped, and item stacked haphazardly in their truck. Helpful to have extra people to help move
The reception was good, however after an agreed price was established things changed. I gave a deposit and to this day I don't know how it was applied. The actual movers did a great job moving my things from storage and assured me at the half way mark when I signed a billing for $750 that my total would not exceed $1300. After the final load was off loaded i had to pay an additional $750.00 because there were 2 trips made even though the distance traveled was less than 10 miles...you do the math.
