Called this company and got an estimate to have them move me and when I called back to schedule I was told I was quoted wrong that the guy I spoke with was NEW and didn't know what he was talking about. I would definatly recommend looking elsewhere before you chose a company that does that to their potential customer.

Bait & Switch operation! I provided them with an itemized list of what had to be moved and they provided me with a reasonable quote (2 man job). On moving day though, All My Sons told me that I would be charged for 3 people. If I wanted 2, they would just drive off. Then they tried to say that some things had to stay. These were items that I carried into the house on my own. Overall 75% over quoted amount and a bunch of belly aching. Go with another company!

Worst experience with a moving company. Quote over the phone was a lot cheaper then when it was time to pay. Main driver hated his job said they don't pay well and they mis quote all the time so nobody tips them and that is how he makes his money. He also stated that is why he doesn't try very hard since he knows no matter how hard he works customer will not tip due to misquote. They also tell you not to empty your dressers but they flip them over and scratch nice furniture. Break entertainment centers still waiting on claim... read more

The price quote was WAYYY off. I paid the deposit based off the INITIAL quote which didn't include extra fuel charges. The email stated different things that the young lady and I initially never discussed. I spoke with a guy that called to confirm the appointment and when he broke down everything I informed him that it wasn't the same as what the young lady quoted. Hidden costs with rude service from the corporate office. You have to work your schedule to their schedule unfortunately. I think father needs to talk to his sons.
I've waited almost a year to write a review just so I could gain perspective. We moved 3 miles and it was the worst moving experience ever. Not only did they make promises they didn't keep, they showed up under prepared, not enough room on the truck, and even though they said they were sending another truck, it never arrived and we ended up having to rent a U Haul on top of using them. Moving crew was rude and every piece of furniture they moved was either scratched, broken, or missing parts. Strongly do not recommend.
