These guys were great! And it didn't just stop with the sales guy, Brandon (who was also great). The guys showed up and they kicked it into top gear the entire time. There was no loafing or standing around. They didn't wait for me to give them instructions, but just did whatever was necessary to get things on the truck safely and securely in a timely manner. They were also super professional, friendly, and pleasant to be around. I would definitely use them again! Thanks team!
They sent 4 guys to move my entire house. It took Allied Van Lines 2 days to pack it up, these guys had it done in a day. They were respectful of my possessions and my family. I have already recommended them to a family that moved at the same time we did and will recommend them again.
Prompt, friendly and professional
I was really disappointed with this moving company. While the movers themselves were friendly, the overall service was poor. One of my dressers was broken during the move and is now unusable, meaning I have to replace it out of pocket. I specifically told them ahead of time that I had shrink wrap available. They only used it on one dresser, while the rest of my furniture and belongings were barely protected, which likely contributed to the damage. Switch 2 queen side beds, 2 night stand and a dresser from one bedroom to the other. It tool all of a 1 1/2 hour and I was charged $571.00. When the guys arrived here they could not sign in on line due to a problem on their side. It took all but 1 1/2 hour to move the furniture around. They are a RIP-OFF. Hired this company to move some leftover odds and ends out of an empty apartment 7 minutes away to the new apartment and it needed up costing me $500. This company is a scam and dishonest. Would never recommend completely unprofessional, rude, and liars. They were late, intentionally moved slow to run up the bill, and held items hostage until an additional 395.00 was paid. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMAPNY!!
Awful, Awful,Awful! Broke multiple items, ruined my new couch, took 9 hours to move a fully packed one bedroom apartment. Didn?t have the tools to take the tv?s down. Had to borrow some of our moving equipment and my husband had to help load stuff in their dolly for them. I filed an insurance claim for a broken table, a ruined couch and two shattered boxes and they offered $200. Whenever I refused it they just closed the claim.
Some workers wasted time on their phones and other things. The end cost was jacked up. The manager Axel pretty much didmissed me over the phone. One of the worst moving companies ive used to date. I would not recommend them to anyone.
