We moved 6.6 miles away and I was thinking maybe $900. Nope I was shocked when I saw a bill for $1480.00. Charged me $77.00 for packing tape and wrap when we had all that stuff anyway. Sales person told me that was included in the hourly rate. Same thing he told me the 7 hours. Charged me before the move was even over. They do nickel and dime you. I will never use them again. HORRIBLE!!! WILL NEVER USE THIS COMOANY AGAIN NOR WILL I REFER ANYONE TO THEM!!!!! SORRY!!! They give horrible estimates, come shorthanded, and charge an arm and a leg when you basically have your house totally packed. My stuff is in storage....at another location and they sure as HE.. ARE NOT moving it to my home! This makes my second bad experience with this company. I was too stupid to remember they were the ones I used in 2014 and were as bad then as they were on this move!!! Yeah...the rating said it all. I HATED IT!!! There were supposed to be 4 movers. Only 3 showed. They had only 1 truck. My wife and I packed our own things. Thinking it would save time, just load things into the truck and go. Well, turns out, they didn't have tools to take apart my bed. They borrowed my tools. They disconnected my washer and dryer. My experience with this moving company was horrible. I needed to be out of my place Sept 15th. Work for 3 hours, also counting their time smoking & on cells phones. Pay 759.00 for nothing. I have to finish moving my one bedroom apartment.

This moving company would get zero stars if it was an option. They broke my dishes, popped open a dp can that I have had since 1994, took poops in my bathrooms, were on their cell phones, and talked the whole time. This was the worst experience I have EVER had with movers in my life. I have called to complain and sent emails, but have yet to receive their "forms" or an apology. Stay far away from this company.

The WORST service ever! I paid a $250 deposit to confirm a moving date. On 8/31/17, day of the move, I called to see if they were running on time. I spoke to the owner who informed me that my appointment was canceled because I did not return their call the day before. In the voicemail, Tony didn't indicate my slot would be canceled if I didn't return the call. The owner was very arrogant and rude. He told me that he had 26 other people to move that day.
