The drivers are courteous and polite and very professional.
These guys were great! And it didn't just stop with the sales guy, Brandon (who was also great). The guys showed up and they kicked it into top gear the entire time. There was no loafing or standing around. They didn't wait for me to give them instructions, but just did whatever was necessary to get things on the truck safely and securely in a timely manner. They were also super professional, friendly, and pleasant to be around. I would definitely use them again! Thanks team!
They sent 4 guys to move my entire house. It took Allied Van Lines 2 days to pack it up, these guys had it done in a day. They were respectful of my possessions and my family. I have already recommended them to a family that moved at the same time we did and will recommend them again.
Prompt, friendly and professional
They left an absolute mess where I was moving from. They did not listen. I have a garage storage that a lot of stuff was going into. They did not put it in there. They brought it over to the small apartment and blocked my front door. They broke a table did not tell me they broke it. It cannot be repaired. I was satisfied with the service but am very dissatisfied with the final price of $1,078.00 that I paid for a move less than three miles from my former location on 6120 Avery Drive Apt. 3108 Fort Worth Texas 76132 to 5501 Crosscreek Lane Apt. 2055 Benbrook Texas 76109 my present location. I was charged a rate of $169 an hour along with gas, moving materials used to transport my furniture, labor and other miscellaneous charges. If you want quality care of your personal belongings and courteous customer service, this is NOT the company to hire. My family tried to file a claim for multiple broken items, but after submitting the form for one broken item after not receiving proper instruction on how to submit multiple items on the form, we were NOT ALLOWED to go back to submit another claim for other broken items.
