I've waited almost a year to write a review just so I could gain perspective. We moved 3 miles and it was the worst moving experience ever. Not only did they make promises they didn't keep, they showed up under prepared, not enough room on the truck, and even though they said they were sending another truck, it never arrived and we ended up having to rent a U Haul on top of using them. Moving crew was rude and every piece of furniture they moved was either scratched, broken, or missing parts. Strongly do not recommend.
My phone quote upon booking somehow tripled on the move day. I had to fork out $1040 for a small studio move. One sales person told us one thing and our invoice was different. Upon calling to speak to customer service they said it was our fault for not knowing what we signed up for and go ahead and contact the BBB and they'd say the same thing on that dispute, then they hung up on me. Oh where to start. I started working for all my sons in august of 2014. On april 28 2016 i got a call from my boss. Our branch was being shut down, no severance pay, nothing. Basically " hey thanks for your almost two years of dedication, but you and 13 others are bow unemployed". So for anyone that wants to hire these people READ THIS. 1. The rates are not set, youll pay what they want. 2. Fuel and travel. 10% of your bill is charged for fuel. If your move cost $3400 and you only move a few miles, your fuel is $340. 3. O... read more
Had a move completed by All My Sons a few weeks ago (4/15)....the moving crew was great! However, I would not recommend due to the estimate being almost $500 less than I actually had to pay. I called to see if anything could be done....said I would get a call back within a couple of days....no call....I called back and said I would get a call back within 5 minutes....no call recieved. Beware estimate was for $1100....cost me almost $1600. Hate to post a negative review, but I have been more than patient awaiting a response!

2 of the 3 worked hard. The other was sick so I helped ALOT!! Still missing our 5yr olds piggy bank that we actually transferred ourselves and left on a counter. Must have stuck to one of those furniture covers?
