I used All My Sons for a move recently, which was a huge mistake.....see below for details: 1. Per original conversation before booking a reservation - the $149/hr rate included EVERYTHING - labor, gas, insurance, packing materials, travel time, disconnect and reconnect of washer/dryer. The final bill showed I was charged additionally for labor, travel time, fuel, and packing materials. Worst experience ever, every piece of the furniture came with scratches, or broken. They didn't cover anything at all. They don't cover doors or floors and they scratch all around. A real nightmare. All my furniture was new, and now everything is ugly, scratched, broken. I cried all day and read reviews and saw that everybody loses with them. So sorry I didn't read the reviews before.

I attempted to use a "free move" company and wound up paying a lot more money due to their incompetence and a lot of anxiety. The "free movers" were late and too tired to lift my clothes and office furniture. While I called their office, they snuck out leaving me stuck with rent on two homes. All My Sons was highly recommended, but they were booked solid. However, they were extremely kind and recommended a competitor who was able to help me.

Was supposed to move us today so we waited and finally called and was told ooooooo sorry, We can't get to you. Totally unprofessional and left us high and dry.

I booked my moving appointment 3 weeks ago. I paid my $100 deposit and was told 2 days before my move date they couldn't move me. I have to be out of my old place this Sunday with the keys turned in. The General Manager, Jensen, offered to move me on Sunday but with me flying out for work that day it wasn't going to work. I called him back to vent my frustration and told him they are on their way to a nasty review online. He then told me he wasn't moving me and hung up. I called back and he hung up on me. If I had it all to do over again I would have listened to the bad reviews. I've moved alot in my 63 years of living and these were absolutely the worst movers I've ever hired. I was given a quote of $500 and was charged almost a $1000. My leather sectional was slashed...looked like with a razor knife...and now its ruined. The workers were very unprofessional and wasted alot of time talking and smoking cigarettes in the truck. They lost the clipboard and tried to blame me. I was charged labor besides the $159 per hour. Don't waist your time and money with these movers!!! They are not organized and they quoted $2000 or less to move my mom from Keller to Allen, TX. They are now charging over $4,000 and threatened to keep her things until she pays!!! Very unprofessional!!! Jenson, the branch manager, should be fired immediately!!

Double charged for a small move of exercise equipment from 1st floor to 2nd floor on February 8, 2019, in Frisco TX. After numerous calls and a credit card dispute which they won't respond to, they still have my money. They even acknowledge that I was "double tapped" on February 8th. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Total scam. Tell you one price. Then start sending emails with almost 200 of extra stuff. They tell you this after it's too late or they keep deposit. We will report to BBB. Terrible.
