Worst movers ever! They broke my dining room table beyond repair and when I filed a claim they offered to pay $96 for it. I paid over $1900 for the move and lost so much more.

This company will rip you off. DO NOT USE in the DFW/McKinney area! I had a small move, only moving furniture out of two rooms, no traveling. I contacted the "corporate" office for a move quote to possibly use them. I let him know this was a small move, only moving furniture out of 2 rooms and it would take probably less than an hour. He told me they round up to the hour, plus fuel charges/travel, etc., I said fine and paid my deposit. HIDDEN FEES!!!, I tried to set up a move and later found out about the hidden fees. When I tried to cancel they held my deposit( which I didn't know about either until it was too late) so I hardly had money to complete my move.

Absolutely terrible service. They called 15 minutes before end of appointment window to cancel due to vehicle issues. I had scheduled a month in advance. I HAD to move today, so accepted a smaller crew at a later time. Slow as molasses, hourly rate racking up like a taxicab from New York to Los Angeles. I moved a good 1/3 of the stuff my self and still have a full room to move myself. Once packed, we head the 1.1 miles to the new place. The truck instead pulls into KFC. I used All My Sons for a move recently, which was a huge mistake.....see below for details: 1. Per original conversation before booking a reservation - the $149/hr rate included EVERYTHING - labor, gas, insurance, packing materials, travel time, disconnect and reconnect of washer/dryer. The final bill showed I was charged additionally for labor, travel time, fuel, and packing materials. They flat out LIED in the first conversation; I would have NEVER booked with them had I known I wouldn't be paying the price I was quoted... read more

Worst experience ever, every piece of the furniture came with scratches, or broken. They didn't cover anything at all. They don't cover doors or floors and they scratch all around. A real nightmare. All my furniture was new, and now everything is ugly, scratched, broken. I cried all day and read reviews and saw that everybody loses with them. So sorry I didn't read the reviews before.

I attempted to use a "free move" company and wound up paying a lot more money due to their incompetence and a lot of anxiety. The "free movers" were late and too tired to lift my clothes and office furniture. While I called their office, they snuck out leaving me stuck with rent on two homes. All My Sons was highly recommended, but they were booked solid. However, they were extremely kind and recommended a competitor who was able to help me.

Was supposed to move us today so we waited and finally called and was told ooooooo sorry, We can't get to you. Totally unprofessional and left us high and dry.

I booked my moving appointment 3 weeks ago. I paid my $100 deposit and was told 2 days before my move date they couldn't move me. I have to be out of my old place this Sunday with the keys turned in. The General Manager, Jensen, offered to move me on Sunday but with me flying out for work that day it wasn't going to work. I called him back to vent my frustration and told him they are on their way to a nasty review online. He then told me he wasn't moving me and hung up. I called back and he hung up on me.
