If I had it all to do over again I would have listened to the bad reviews. I've moved alot in my 63 years of living and these were absolutely the worst movers I've ever hired. I was given a quote of $500 and was charged almost a $1000. My leather sectional was slashed...looked like with a razor knife...and now its ruined. The workers were very unprofessional and wasted alot of time talking and smoking cigarettes in the truck. They lost the clipboard and tried to blame me. I was charged labor besides the $159 per hour. Don't waist your time and money with these movers!!! They are not organized and they quoted $2000 or less to move my mom from Keller to Allen, TX. They are now charging over $4,000 and threatened to keep her things until she pays!!! Very unprofessional!!! Jenson, the branch manager, should be fired immediately!!
Double charged for a small move of exercise equipment from 1st floor to 2nd floor on February 8, 2019, in Frisco TX. After numerous calls and a credit card dispute which they won't respond to, they still have my money. They even acknowledge that I was "double tapped" on February 8th. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
Total scam. Tell you one price. Then start sending emails with almost 200 of extra stuff. They tell you this after it's too late or they keep deposit. We will report to BBB. Terrible.
Very disappointing experience. I just needed some couches and dressers moved from a model home to my home which was 12 miles away. When they arrived, the driver spent 20 mins driving the truck around the neighborhood trying to park it only to inform me that the truck had broken down and another truck would need to be sent over. After the new truck arrived, it took these 2 guys over 2 hours to load these 7 things on to the truck. What should have been a 2 hour job ended up being double that! What started out to be a great experience ended with unsatisfactory service. The crew did not move my couch into my condo. They didn't even attempt to move it through the doors. We discussed bringing it through the patio and they said that would be easier. So they laid pads and blankets down and then told me they were going to go turn the truck around and would be right back to finish the job. 30 minutes passed with nothing. We drove a 26 foot truck from South Carolina to Texas. We needed help to unload the truck. I arranged for a two-man team from All my sons moving company. I was assured they would be experienced team. The two-man team that arrived at my house consisted of a woman, and a young man. The only positive thing I can say about this team is that they arrived on time. WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD: Originally, my move was scheduled for 9/28/2018; the 2nd move of their day - their "1st one should be a small one" w/ 3 scheduled movers at $149 per hour. I receive word at 2:30pm on 9/28 that they are on their way to me & will get to my 1,097 sq. ft., 2-bedroom 2 bath apartment by 3:00pm. I can't give less than one star, but I guess the team was courteous and so that gets one star. That is about all I can say that is positive. Frustrated, irritated, angry, disappointed... these are not adjectives that should be used to describe a moving day. Let me just start by saying that this is not my first move -- or tenth.
