I hired this company from hearing over the phone that the cost would be lower than the average movers, which of course is enticing to a consumer. The 2 guys that moved my furniture took over 4 hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment. I was charged items I did not request, and part of my furniture was damaged. I reached out to the company for a resolution all for them to never respond to my concern. Public Service Announcement: DO NOT USE All My Sons Moving & Storage! They will qote and then almost double the charge, then break your things. Not to mention damage your floors and walls!!!! Run Away! Absolutely the worst moving company!

The guys who moved me were great but the man I talked to on the phone was rude and pretty much called me a liar! I called and got a quote which he told me around $730. When it came time to pay it was over $1000.00. He stated that he did not tell me that. I have the money and paid but I will never use this company again. He was rude and once again stated he did not quote me that price. I am in the customer service business and I would never speak to someone the way he did. I think his name was Joel.

Absolute worst booking experience with this company. Booked this company 2 weeks ago for a 3 bedroom 2 bath move with a quote of $338. Was told at time of booking that I would receive an email the week prior to my move with a confirmation of my service. The week before, I contacted because I had not received the email as of yet. Was told I would get the email by end of week. They didn't wear masks except when I was signing the papers. They groaned about the work. They were supposed to be professionals. I think not!! They totaled my kingsize mahogany bed frame. They broke one poster and lost the base of the other. This was an expensive piece of furniture which cannot be repaired. They broke the door off of a small cabinet, also totaled. Lost the glass shelves in another cabinet and gouged my new work table. I have not heard from them except to ask for pictures of the damage. I have ... read more

- Estimator misjudged and sent a truck too small. We could not fit all our goods on board. We had to pay for additional movers. - crew was rude - damaged printer - now almost 30 days since contacting management and no response MY RATING -5

Terrible! First of all, the ring leader was fine, he was nice, fast, explained things as he should, however he didn't tell his two other workers to stop arguing! The lady mover was terrible! She kept cussing, so freaking rude, terrible attitude! I wanted to fire them right then and there! The third mover was slow. Kept waisting Time. Also so rude. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We made an appointment. They were over 2 hours late. Called the company and they were unprofessional, disrespectful did not care that my family was standing at a storage unit for 2 1/2 hours waiting. They said there was a technical glitch that caused them to go to the wrong facility. Refused any sort of discount.

Scheduled a few days in advanced all went well. Day of move I called company to see where my truck was and was told they were already arrived. The lady on phone didn't take it seriously as she laughed that my movers were in the wrong place. Appt at 9:30 and they were over 2 hours late. No discount or anything just an apology from them. Worst service ever. Super inconvenient for someone moving into a new home.
