WARNING, RUN THIS COMPANY IS TRASH!!! When the guys first came we were a little confused about their appearance. They had on their all my sons shirts but one of the guys had on socks and slippers, and we were moving out of a 2 bedroom townhome into an apartment with 3 flight of stairs. These guys were terrible. We moved across town, and our house was 80% packed and moved by our "move date". We had never utilized movers before and only needed help with the super-heavy stuff, mainly a piano and very large master bedroom furniture, etc. Maybe 10-12 pieces. This was made clear upon scheduling, and I was assured that 4 movers would be able to handle the move. In fact, I was told that they were "certified piano movers". It's no wonder they have such a bad rating. First of all they have no 18 wheelers, so they have cube trucks, and proposed using 5 guys, 9.5 hours! I have much less furniture than I had at my previous move, I'm moving from a ranch to a colonial. The estimate was because their equipment Is inadequate. I feel that I was been gouged and defrauded. If I wanted to move with a cube truck, I would hire one for myself! NEVER EVER!

If I could give zero stars I would. Bob and curtis were horrible! They were unprepared arriving VERY late. Just 2 movers NOT 3 I requested. The smell of marajuana was intense and it was clear they were high. They were cursing and slamming my stuff around. Bob kept dripping sweat all over my furniture and honestly his BO was so offensive. I tried to call the office and was told I'd get a call back. That never happened. I believe these guys stole some items too. WORST moving company! Beware! Kenon the manager has zero customer service skills. Extremely rude man. They promised to show up at 9 but didn't show up until 2. Next they only had two movers. One was limping and can hardly walk. So technically had only one mover. My husband and his friend had to help. You can't run a moving company without MOVERS!! They know with only one mover things would go slow and they would get more bang for their buck. It is now 8pm and just now unloading the truck!! We moved from a small two bedroom... read more

NO NO NO We packed all of our stuff all they had to do was move the boxes and furniture out of a 2 bedroom house. Alicia and Rico were great, but the driver Levar DOES NOT KNOW how to pack the truck. So they had to stop loading and UNLOAD the truck so they could fit more things into it. And then they still didn't have enough room for everything!! Our experience moving with All My Sons was horrific. Our estimator under-estimated the number of hours for packing, materials required to pack, and hours to offload and as such, we ended up paying over the total that was estimated for the entire move. Time starts when they arrive but doesn't account for the fact that the guys sit in there truck for 15-20 minutes before starting the job and they charge for ever 15 minutes. They tried to talk to me the whole time Instead if moving the furniture. They also asked to move my TVs without telling me there would be a fee. They got lost getting to my new house. They scratched my wall trying to move the couch upstairs. When offered waters they threw them out the window upon leaving the job. The worst part of the whole experience ... read more

Movers beware! I got a quote of $430 to move a few pieces of furniture (12 items) less than 10 miles, I put down the $200 deposit, so I am expecting to pay $230ish on delivery of my furniture, negative, $400! Where did the extra $200 come from?!?! Hidden fees. Apparently them using their blankets, plastic wrap and tape costs $48. 12% fuel surcharge with an hour for travel.
