RecommendedI really can't say enough good things about the experience I had. They sent two guys out today to move me from my apartment to our new house. It was Timothy and his partner (I'm so sorry I can't remember your name ), they were amazing. Both of them kept the atmosphere lively and filled with smiles and laughter all the while working quickly and with respect to my property. While I hope I won't be moving again, if I do then All My Sons will definitely be my go to moving company!
Great experience with them. Arrived on time, took extra care with my furnishings and was courteous. The two guys were experienced and it showed. Will use again.
Tried to get a quote from AMS Charleston, SC. Set up appt for walk thru and estimate. We agreed upon a time. Today they called to set up appt. Said I didn't have one set up. Couldn't give me the time slot we agreed on yesterday. Then found out I was talking to someone in Texas. I asked for a local # I could call. Wouldn't give me one. Very rude person who hung up on me. Worst company ever. They hide price and always said it texas. I call them for a moving day before and the call center give us a price then charleston manager start with different prices and hiding prices. He was really rude with my wife. His customer service was horrible. Jeremiah was really rude. I would highly discourage anyone from using this company. I have been in a battle to get reimbursed for the floors that the movers scratched up horribly. The movers came in and asked for a tips before they ever moved a thing. This was a rental and we were held responsible to fix the floors. After being out over $1000 do get this repaired their last and final offer is $350. I hate to put negative posts out about any company, but I can’t get over how poor the service provided for my family and I was yesterday during our move. The contacts, setups, and everything leading up to the move wasn’t bad, but the moment the day came proved to show just how inefficient and unprofessional this company is. Horrible experience! Destroyed the walls in the home. Our furniture was damaged beyond repair and the customer service is the worst. They could care less and will give you the run around till your 30 days is up and tell you nothing you can do now. Please save yourself time and money by using another company!
