I have been in and out of hospital since my move so I have not been able to leave a review. My move started out good, the gentlemen were very nice and respectful. But as the move continued throughout the day something happened. Several boxes were left, my microwave was left, a curio cabinet that I have had for 40 years is missing a top piece. I would strongly caution anyone considering this moving company. Our move was scheduled for 8:00 AM, and at 8:15 AM, after we had already been waiting, we received a call informing us that they would not be coming. No advance notice. No contingency plan. No attempt to make the situation right. This left our family completely stranded on moving day. Horrible people that work there. Very ignorant. And on top of that as I was leaving their parking lot their driver cut me off in this big rig truck and I almost crashed!!!
Never got the job done . Received no service nor any reply, after they got a 100.00 deposit. So I don't recommend

I was about to use them to help move our largest furniture to our new place about 30 miles away. I went to their website to request a quote, just to end up getting a phone call from an automated voice asking for more information and much more of my time, which felt slightly aggressive. Incredibly unreliable and unprofessional. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. Read the bad reviews -- our experience was far from unique. We confirmed on the phone and had documentation sent to confirm our moving time because we're in the city and needed to book the building's loading dock. We got a call 3 hours early from the movers saying they were in route. We told them we couldn't do anything until our booked time. This company should not be in Business! My moving experience was UNACCEPTABLE! I am going to contact a lawyer and sue. When I booked them the lady was sooo nice! They charge way too much! First they told me they could not fit my stuff in the truck. So I said please put what you cannot fit in the garage. I left them to take care of personal business.
