Worse moving company to hire. Staff is unprofessional and work at a snails pace. I had piece of personal property taken from me of high value and all my sons have done nothing about it. I spoke with two team members aboht a month ago and now can't get in touch with them. I would say they are an unprofessional moving company but professional crooks. Don't hire them and don't let them in your home.

Very unprofessional company. Their truck was driving recklessly on the expressway in rush-hour traffic. Large truck, cutting people off right and left and honking the horn again very unprofessional.

I booked all my sons moving the initial contact was very good. I booked and paid my deposit. On moving day two guys arrived at 9:03 am. I own a very large sofa and to move it in it had to be broght in through the back door and to do so it had to be brought through my neighbors driveway and lifted over the brick wall separating our property. I informed all my sons about this prior to booking. The mover that I showed reacted strangely. Horrible! The worst experience moving from these crooks. Despite sending them videos of all my stuff as requested they show up on a Fri with a small truck and 2 guys who said no we can't do it we'll need more people and a bigger truck. Ok then they show up on Sunday 2 guys and a girl. Started at 920am and my mom was here w/ me helping. The driver mentioned if I didn't want anything let him know he'll take it. I received a quote for a very small move of $149/hour for 2 men. I spoke to a few different people and was told that price from all of them. Spoke with someone via Yelp who offered 10% off of that price. I thought this was great and I moved forward, confirmed several times with the person on the phone that this would be the price I would receive and gave $100 deposit. Absolutely horrible. They will break furniture and damage items. They destroy your home on the way out. And then they "hide" behind their nonsense one-sided contract. If you care about your move, avoid, avoid, avoid this company at all costs.

DDG I used them for a small one bedroom move. They took 3+ hours to get everything loaded, that should have taken no more than one and a half hours. Basically juicing the time it took to get stuff loaded. After getting around to opening the boxes, that were boxes in boxes. I noticed an item missing, I wonder where it is now. It was a silk screened wooden portret with 101 who line...what movie from movies. it is very sentimental to me. They also tried to over charge me by $1000 too! Not as reliable as they seem. Price changes as they please. Customer service comes off as indifferent. At least we got the deposit back.

Worst moving experience ever. Do not use Cherry Hill, NJ location. Scam. Had complaints during the move. Called customer service for a manager and was stalled until the truck arrived at my new home. Finally Manager calls back with no concern to what my complaint was only to get payment for truck to be unload. They estimate time of unload at a ridiculous time because you pay hourly. property damage etc... Absolut scam. DO NOT USE!!!
