Do not use All My Sons of New Jersey. They did not come when promised and the sent a larger truck and team than needed, though they had a complete list of items involved. They assured me that the larger truck and team would save me money. It was actually a way to charge $50/hour more. The men who did the moving were great: efficient and courteous. It's the folks running the office who took advantage of someone who had just lost a loved one and needed to move things in a hurry.

Below one star. Management is unprofessional and self serving. Three men, only one worked. 9 hours to move a 2 bedroom apt to another 2 bedroom. apt for over two thousand dollars. I was offered every excuse under the sun for the deficiencies. I have used this company once before and it was outstanding. I recommended them to family for a move. So I did not have high expectations but I desperately needed a movers for an eviction last minute and they were available. I guess that should've been the first red flag. Basically they quoted me $492 for a 2 hours move (includes 1hr travel time) and 3 guys showed up not wanting to work and trying to cancel on me. The sheriff had to talk to their boss and basically say: "hey, you signed up to do an eviction move, so do it. otherwise the sheriff's office is going to blacklist you." Do not use this company. Their movers do not wear masks and are not in unison or on the same page; almost as if the company hires anyone. I was made to feel like this job was a burden by one mover in particular when he responded "I guess" when asked to unload my car. The worst part is during the unloading process at our destination, one of the two movers literally decided to quit his job right in the middle of the move leaving his coworker to do all the rest of the work. All My Sons Moving clearly saw that we were 2 women moving and thought they could stretch our pockets as far as they possibly could try. Their office people magically disappear when you call back to talk about your unprofessional experience with their company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I used All my Sons to move from a one bedroom apartment to a home. It was the most stressful, unprofessional experience. After submitting a quote, I spoke with Kody who quoted it would take two hours (moving to this apartment took about an hour and a half so this seemed reasonable) and failed to mention the additional cost of travel time and gas. Would not recommend based on my experience. Had the move scheduled days in advanced, even offered to show up earlier than expected, then it turned into tomorrow, because that truck got stuck, then next week when the next crew just didn't want to work (according to the owner). I could not be more frustrated with All My Sons Moving Company. I recently hired them to help me load a truck for a cross country move. Their employees were very unprofessional, every time I contacted the company, I was given different information, and when they were packing my house, they damaged and scratched the walls. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I gave them a deposit and set a move date, which was supposed to be tomorrow morning. I got no communication from the company after that, so I called and followed up today. They took my money but never put me on the schedule, and now can't accommodate me at all, and didn't apologize once. I understand mistakes happen, but this is a big one, and them being even a little sympathetic would've gone a long way with me.
