Worst moving experience ever. Do not use Cherry Hill, NJ location. Scam. Had complaints during the move. Called customer service for a manager and was stalled until the truck arrived at my new home. Finally Manager calls back with no concern to what my complaint was only to get payment for truck to be unload. They estimate time of unload at a ridiculous time because you pay hourly. property damage etc... Absolut scam. DO NOT USE!!!

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Absolutely horrific experience. I would never recommend this company. The only positive was that the movers themselves were efficient and hardworking. The company itself was atrocious. My move was scheduled between 8a-9a, I received a call at 8:58a stating that my move was cancelled after this move had been scheduled over a month prior. My move took place a few years back and I see, by these most recent reviews they've gotten no better. Horrible doesn't quite measure my experience with them. I'll just give the bullet points. * They arrived late, no apology (not that that would have made a difference). * I, assisted with the entire move. I probably put as much on the truck as the crew. I scheduled a move in COlumbus Ohio for yesterday. In scheduling we mentioned the few items that we needed moved including a snake tank. When the movers arrived they asked for a walk through of the home. One of the movers mentioned that the other - a big, burly woman, was afraid of snakes. We immediately took our little corn snake that was in a small, closed container and put the container into the bathroom and closed the door. Communication is terrible. Was scheduled for an AM move confirmed the Friday prior to my Monday move. After calling dispatch wondering where the movers where I was told that they scheduled me for an afternoon move. Not what I agreed to. NO TIME WINDOW WAS THEN GIVEN. Told driver was 5 min away. Never showed. Also told that this was just sprung on them. I planned this weeks in advance! What an awful experience I had with this company's crew. First, they arrived over an hour late. Secondly, the guy driving the truck could not even drive truck. He almost came into the parking lot through the sidewalk. Then he spent the first 15 minutes trying to sell me boxes, and telling me I was typical woman because I didn't want to buy boxes. I would hire literally anyone over ever using this company. They showed up late, charged me WAY over quoted price and damaged not only every single piece of the only bedroom set they moved but also the door frame of the rental causing me to lose my deposit. They were supposed to arrive between 8/9 showed up at 9:45 didn't touch ANYYHING until after 10. My husband showed them every item that we wanted them to move, less than 30 items. They were supposed to arrive between 8-9am. I called the company around 9:20 am to ask when they were arriving. I had the unfortunate opportunity to speak with Vinny who told me that the drivers went to the 2nd job first. I asked when he thought they would arrive and was told he'd get back to me. when I hadn't heard from him after an hour I called back and again talked to Vinny and asked why he hadn't called back and I reiterated that our job was supposed to first. First, I need to say that everything that was moved by All My Sons on the day of the move was moved by myself and my two sons 2 weeks prior. On the day of the move, I had to meet the movers at a storage unit. I was told I would get a phone call 30 mins prior between 8-9 but received a phone call at 745 that they would be there in 10 mins so I had to rush to the unit.
