We were relocating from Central Florida to central Indiana and decided on All My Sons. The 3 movers, Eric, Cedric & Rashad performed like Rock Stars. They went above expectations to ensure that their customer service wowed us. As with all moves there were a few hiccups but nothing beyond the normal stuff.
I can only talk to my customer service experience, but I spoke with McKenzie to get a quote and while it was a little too large for my little move (just needed help with a TV + couch + bed + desk), she was very polite, professional, and followed up after with another place to try for smaller moves. I won't get an opportunity to try their service but I would definitely recommend based on the energy of the conversation! Thanks McKenzie!!
We hired All My Sons to move from 2 apartments into a house. We had Abdul, Jacob and Steve come out and they did an excellent job. They were flexible to adjust our move up (an entire week) as we were scheduled to move during the Covid-19 pandemic. They also kept our original rate the same! The guys who came out were super quick to load the truck and all three were working up a sweat. They unloaded in the time they estimated, again with haste. Overall a great experience.

Abdul, taijee, and omar made my moving experience very easy and efficient. I was given a smaller truck than what i requested from penske but Abdul, taijee, and omar from all my sons cherry hill were able to make the smaller truck work. If i ever have to move within their area again i will make sure that request them again
Absolutely Horrible Experience -- Items Stolen and Unprofessional Movers I had an absolutely terrible experience with this moving company. From start to finish, the movers were unprofessional and disrespectful. Two of them were smoking cigarettes on the job, one was on his phone most of the time, and they complained the entire day. Absolutely AWFUL Service - I recently moved and had my brand new OLED tv smashed during the moving process. I am understanding that problems do occur, the issue is the customer services after the incident! I have been getting the run around from the customer service team. The claims took over a week to get submitted and then another month to get processed. Really unfair circumstances to the customer that paid immediately after the service was done. I've never given a one star review before. I honestly wish I could give zero stars. We had to call them an HOUR after they were supposed to arrive. We had everything ready to go, and they rudely explained that they didn't have a truck available for us. They didn't offer an alternative, didn't recommend anyone, didn't apologize, didn't give a single f***. I can't believe they make a living out of scamming people. I mean take a look at the rest of their reviews, I'm genuinely shocked.

Zero stars! We hired this company for a simple move for a number of pieces of furniture. Not only did we have multiple items broken, including an antique desk, we also had deep scratches on the dining furniture. We are also missing a piece of artwork, how does one large picture disappear??. They stacked boxes with fragile items on top of each other, 3 and 4 boxes high when they put them in the house. They have their trucks behind my house. The drivers are rude, blowing their horns early in the morning and late at night. The property is a mess. Trash is everywhere. We have complained to no avail. I wouldn't want people so careless moving my stuff.
