They were supposed to arrive between 8-9am. I called the company around 9:20 am to ask when they were arriving. I had the unfortunate opportunity to speak with Vinny who told me that the drivers went to the 2nd job first. I asked when he thought they would arrive and was told he'd get back to me. when I hadn't heard from him after an hour I called back and again talked to Vinny and asked why he hadn't called back and I reiterated that our job was supposed to first. First, I need to say that everything that was moved by All My Sons on the day of the move was moved by myself and my two sons 2 weeks prior. On the day of the move, I had to meet the movers at a storage unit. I was told I would get a phone call 30 mins prior between 8-9 but received a phone call at 745 that they would be there in 10 mins so I had to rush to the unit. Terrible company very unprofessiona! movers literally threw my stuff in the basement after they asked me if I was going to tip them. I called the company and they pretty much told me to fuck off his name is Vinny. very unprofessional company I do not recommend! They even broke my door to my basement.

We had the worst experience ever with this company. Rude and inexperienced movers showed up without calling first . They put holes in our walls in both properties, damaged 3 pieces of furniture, left our sofa cushions outside in rain , caught them sliding our dresser down the steps banging every step ! I had to repeatedly tell to attach mirros to our dressers and broke 3 out of the 4 legs on our sofa . Speaking with the supervisor and customer service was the same experience . Do not use this company!

The price they quote and the price after they load all ur things on there truck is way more and they will then hold your merchandise hostage until it's paid in full !!! they quoted me 700 and my bill was 1800 so that's really not cool to do that to people seems they tell you lowball price then basically hi jack you not very nice people. But the movers was great it's the management!!

The worst moving experience ever. Do not be fooled by slick marketing and savvy sales people. This is nothing more than a huge corporate booking agent who does not care who they book with and care even less about responsibly following up with promised refunds when they try to screw you over. The people they contracted with walked off the job when I wouldn't play the game of paying them for more than 4 times what I knew the job would take. Do not use this company. Fees were added to my move that weren't explained in my quote. The movers wasted 20 mins trying to back into the driveway of my new home. Management is horrible. No one answers the phone. I'm still waiting for my claims packet. I definitely should have gotten the extra coverage for damages. Three pieces of my furniture were deeply scratched. I would not recommend this moving company to anyone.

Not even sure where to begin... First off, the movers called my husband on the day of our move and said they were 25 minutes away, and showed up almost 2 hours later. They went around our apartment looking at our stuff and told us that they were only "allowed" to move the things that we had mentioned on the phone when we originally called, or else they would get in trouble. Do NoT use this company!!! I had to chase them down to even get a confirmation. Our quote ended up being double what I was quoted! They charge for every piece of tape, every box and every inch of wrap, which they do not disclose (and they wrapped every chair, pillow, etc with a whole roll for each item). They didn't even complete the job (they were supposed to take our unwanted furniture to a dump area in our complex). The management is beyond unprofessional! I got hung up on twice!
