Absolutely horrendous. Damaged my goods on move and my brother and I had to help them move because one of the movers was not strong enough to lift things. Also, the movers asked me for food and water while I was paying them by the hour. Would not recommend. Terrible move for the price.

beware!!! do not hire this company!! i have never seen such unprofessionalism when it comes to a moving coming until today!! they show up to my apartment ( a 3 men crew) came in looked around and said nah its too much and left. what an absolute disgrace a business would pride themselves in screwing people over on their expected move out day...but wait the manager offered to come out the next day to do an estimate ( an estimate, eh? ) that was the best they could do. useless!! unreliable! waste of time!! luckily ron's moving... read more

I have a 5'x10' storage unit with the heaviest item being a 90" media console. Moving distance is 23 miles, why did they quote me $1500. I can move my own items for $150. That is ridiculous and a rip off.

Ok... $700 to move a 328 lb. safe up 4 stairs and down a 50 foot (if that) hallway???? Insane. And, when asked how that made sense, the response was, 'That's our pricing'. DO NOT USE THEM.

Stupid mistake to hire them. 3 guys spent hours and hours wrapping furniture that didn't need to be wrapped. Complete waste of money I should have just rented a uhaul instead of paying thousands of dollars. On top of everything, one of the guys peed on the toilet seat in my brand new home. Disgusting!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs

This Company Is a disgrace, they left all of my furniture on the side walk, my couch was broken, they also broke a precious air-loom that has been in my family for years Beware of this company, after all this I still had to call another set of movers named "T3Movers" they came in and got the job done

Please save yourself the stress, headaches and anxiety , and do NOT use this company. The complete lack of professionalism is baffling. They were scheduled to move us for a few weeks. They had no issue taking a deposit from us. They never called as promised to confirm a timeline of our move the two days prior... So I call the office. They tell me that they don't know who approved my move and they cannot accommodate the overnight storage and moving of my things. This is only 24 hours before settlement! I would put no stars if this was an option. They left my daughter and her family in a bind the day before they were closing on a new house at the last minute and were given no help by management. They had to make several calls to many other moving companies and fortunately were able to find one it was late at night when they got done. This should have all been done early that morning Don use this mover.

Disgraceful. Hired this company weeks in advance for our move. Called multiple times to confirm details ahead of time and that they'd arrive at 8:00am. At 8:45, still no sign of them. Called and was told they'd be here between 12p-2p claiming they called the day before the check the details (they did not). Arrived at 1:30p, did a 2 minute walkthrough of the house, then left to "grab lunch". We received a call 5 minutes later from the main office saying the move was cancelled because "nothing was packed" and the basement was ... read more
