Disgraceful. Hired this company weeks in advance for our move. Called multiple times to confirm details ahead of time and that they'd arrive at 8:00am. At 8:45, still no sign of them. Called and was told they'd be here between 12p-2p claiming they called the day before the check the details (they did not). Arrived at 1:30p, did a 2 minute walkthrough of the house, then left to "grab lunch". We hired All My Sons to move us out of our 2 bedroom apartment. We did the boxing and hired them mainly for the labor of the larger items. Somehow between the weed smoking breaks and 2 hour lunch that they charged us for, it turned into an 11 hour day. I can't imagine how long it would have taken had they packed our stuff too. I hired this company to move the contents of my home and did a virtual walkthrough, received an estimate and signed the contract. I contacted the company days before settlement to advise that there was the possibility that I would not close on the new home on the same day and my furniture may need to be put in storage. Absolutely disgraceful. Took 6 hours to move a one bedroom apt 2 blocks away. Charged over $1200 for something that was quoted for $400. One guy on his phone the whole time. Do not use them?

Three idiots in one of their trucks threatened me, spit racial slurs for parking in my apartment's parking spot while they were illegally dumping old furniture today. They even threw their chick fil a trash in our parking lot as they left, driving away from the dumpsters.

They are refusing to provide us with the COI they promised. We've contacted them 20+ times and keep being lied to and told we will get it in our email soon and it never comes. It's now less than 24 hours before our move and we still don't have it. This company needs to be taken down. We're now stranded for our move tomorrow and I'm 37 weeks pregnant.

The most unprofessional company we have ever contacted or done business with..do not trust what they say. Quotes do not match estimates. Emails do not reflect what they tell you. When questioned about estimated charges they cancelled the move. Concerned Citizen.

The movers damaged both driveways, scratched the tile floor of the new home and damaged the brand new sideboard. After waiting weeks for a determination on my claim, they only offer $474.20. That doesn't even cover half the cost of the sideboard, much less any of the other damages. BEWARE!!!

I wish I would have paid more attention to the negative reviews instead of their overall 4.2. They called to say they could not accommodate our promised day and time 2 DAYS before our move, putting us in a horrible situation. We have a truck reserved, our move-out time and date paid and confirmed with our condo association, a driver paid for the specific move, our move-in paid and confirmed at our new residence, and movers at that location paid and confirmed.
