I was about to use them to help move our largest furniture to our new place about 30 miles away. I went to their website to request a quote, just to end up getting a phone call from an automated voice asking for more information and much more of my time, which felt slightly aggressive. Incredibly unreliable and unprofessional. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. Read the bad reviews -- our experience was far from unique. We confirmed on the phone and had documentation sent to confirm our moving time because we're in the city and needed to book the building's loading dock. This company should not be in Business! My moving experience was UNACCEPTABLE! I am going to contact a lawyer and sue. When I booked them the lady was sooo nice! They charge way too much! First they told me they could not fit my stuff in the truck. So I said please put what you cannot fit in the garage. I left them to take care of personal business. The low review rating is completely warranted for this company. If I could give 0 stars, I would. They will overbook themselves, book your move, take your $100 deposit, and then CANCEL on you just days before your move!! Beware of this "company." Who overbooks moves? A poorly managed company. Go elsewhere--you certainly get what you pay for.
Absolutely Horrible Experience -- Items Stolen and Unprofessional Movers I had an absolutely terrible experience with this moving company. I've never given a one star review before. I honestly wish I could give zero stars. We had to call them an HOUR after they were supposed to arrive. We had everything ready to go, and they rudely explained that they didn't have a truck available for us. They didn't offer an alternative, didn't recommend anyone, didn't apologize, didn't give a single f***. I can't believe they make a living out of scamming people. I mean take a look at the rest of their reviews, I'm genuinely shocked.
