Zero stars! We hired this company for a simple move for a number of pieces of furniture. Not only did we have multiple items broken, including an antique desk, we also had deep scratches on the dining furniture. We are also missing a piece of artwork, how does one large picture disappear??. They stacked boxes with fragile items on top of each other, 3 and 4 boxes high when they put them in the house. They have their trucks behind my house. The drivers are rude, blowing their horns early in the morning and late at night. The property is a mess. Trash is everywhere. We have complained to no avail. I wouldn't want people so careless moving my stuff.

Requested a quote online. Within a matter of minutes was bombarded with text messages from their affiliates. I called the office twice to request that I be removed from their list to be hung up on. It is disheartening to call for a simple quote to be harassed by others. Then to call to voice this and be hung up on tells me everything that I need to know and will take my business elsewhere.

If I could give them no stars I would. This company is a scam They take a deposit then cancel you. They play a game. Oh I just spoke with you you canceled. I was calling to confirm as I was asked to do. They not only need to be put out of business they need to be charged with fraud. As stressful as moving in predatory movers need to be held accountable for what they do to people. Do not hire this company you will just be robbed of your hard earned money.

So I used them 2 weeks very professional great packing my belongings BUT I was missing a new Milwaukee cordless drill and a tmobile s23plus all valued at around 600 combined of course Noone knows what happened.....to be continued

Would give zero stars to this business if I could. I scheduled a move yesterday when I got a call from them thinking they were another moving company that my friend recommended me. After reading their reviews on yelp, I realized this is not the company I meant to book for my move. But that was after I had stupidly put down a $100 deposit to hold down my spot. I needed a large tv moved 3 miles away from my home. Initially quote was $189, flat rate, no mileage or fuel charges. Got a call a while later saying the cost would be $660! Hourly rate for 2 movers @ $189, beginning when they left their building and ending when they returned to their building.

I scheduled my move and was in communication with the operations manager multiple times from March all the way through June 26th--we were all set to move on the 27th. As the day went on and I still hadn't received a confirmed arrival time, I reached out via email, text, and phone. It wasn't until 5:00 PM the night before our move that I was finally told--only after I chased them down--that they had cancelled our move because they were "no longer servicing our area." Movers beware - if I could give a zero star, I would. We booked with All My Sons Moving company to load our belongings, store them overnight, and unload the following day. When they called to confirm the day prior, we were told they couldn't hold our belongings overnight and quote "I can't make a truck appear".
