If I could give them no stars I would. This company is a scam They take a deposit then cancel you. They play a game. Oh I just spoke with you you canceled. I was calling to confirm as I was asked to do. They not only need to be put out of business they need to be charged with fraud. As stressful as moving in predatory movers need to be held accountable for what they do to people. Do not hire this company you will just be robbed of your hard earned money.

So I used them 2 weeks very professional great packing my belongings BUT I was missing a new Milwaukee cordless drill and a tmobile s23plus all valued at around 600 combined of course Noone knows what happened.....to be continued

Would give zero stars to this business if I could. I scheduled a move yesterday when I got a call from them thinking they were another moving company that my friend recommended me. After reading their reviews on yelp, I realized this is not the company I meant to book for my move. But that was after I had stupidly put down a $100 deposit to hold down my spot. I needed a large tv moved 3 miles away from my home. Initially quote was $189, flat rate, no mileage or fuel charges. Got a call a while later saying the cost would be $660! Hourly rate for 2 movers @ $189, beginning when they left their building and ending when they returned to their building.

I scheduled my move and was in communication with the operations manager multiple times from March all the way through June 26th--we were all set to move on the 27th. As the day went on and I still hadn't received a confirmed arrival time, I reached out via email, text, and phone. It wasn't until 5:00 PM the night before our move that I was finally told--only after I chased them down--that they had cancelled our move because they were "no longer servicing our area." Movers beware - if I could give a zero star, I would. We booked with All My Sons Moving company to load our belongings, store them overnight, and unload the following day. When they called to confirm the day prior, we were told they couldn't hold our belongings overnight and quote "I can't make a truck appear". If you're looking to be double charged, missing belongings, damage to property and a 4 man crew taking 7 hours for a two bedroom apartment, these are your guys. The most disgusting form of doing business in my 70 years on earth. Shut them down. The hourly rate changed by $40 an hour. The kids working for them had not a clue how to move. The upcharge for moving materials is about a mortgage. Run if you can, as far away as possible.

I will never use this service again! Buyers beware. I originally prepaid for 1.5hours and was told they don't do that, yet it was approved the day before. The one mover, Jason, spent a good half hour arguing with me over the timing of the service and threatened to end services when I asked a question. This all started on February 17 2025. I called and spoke with Chase. Chase offered me a quote of 159/hr, said there was no truck fee, no fuel charge, and that I would just pay the 159/hr. He said I had to book within the next day or two to lock in that rate and that HE would call me February 19. I waited and February 19 rolled around NO CALL FROM HIM.
