The crew AMS set to move us was fantastic. They were very polite and considerate of our belongings. I'll definitely use them again the next time I move.

From the first point of contact, our experience with All My Sons was great. William took great care to ensure I was happy and comfortable in the initial call. Disorganized and unreliable from start to finish. I clearly explained multiple times that this was not a full house move, only remaining items left by another company. That information was never documented, and I had to repeat it in every conversation, which caused ongoing confusion and an inaccurate estimate. Received an answer to my review that was posted on another site. The person who wrote the response was all apologetic and asked me to call to "have a conversation". I called the phone number provided which turned out to be the corporate office in Texas. The lady I talked to said Jason Patterson is actually in the Jacksonville office and transferred me there. Friendly, courteous and professional until they have your money and a lot of it! Once your furniture leaves, don't expect anything but broken, ruined furniture, with no apology, explanation, or concern. Once the movers saw the condition of the furniture they were bringing in, they got in the truck and left. No inventory, no signature of delivery, nothing! The Manager said "submit a claim." They are a total sham!

WORST moving experience of my life.. DO NOT hire this company! You have been warned. The experience from start to finish was horrible and the staff are incredibly rude and condescending. The operations manager was supposed to call me ahead of the move to confirm details but never did until I reminded them 2 days before the move. The movers broke an irreplaceable lamp that was an antique that wasn't even part of the move, it was just in the home we were moving into and out of the way. They also broke off the legs to a wooden desk. The movers also charged $1600 to move furniture from a one bedroom apartment, and then complained saying in quote "that I have too much shit" and then refused to move my mattress upstairs. They claimed it wouldn't fit. I would hire a random man out of the Home Depot parking lot, before I choose them again.

Scam.. don't trust their quote. We budgeted 1,000 for a 6 hour move. They ended up charging 2,200. We also have to get a Uhaul because they couldn't go back for a second trip. Movers were amazing, but trash company.

THEY CANCELLED MY MOVE THE DAY OF AT 3:15PM - SAID THEY "COULDNT GET TO US AND NEEDED TO PUSH ME BACK 4 DAYS!!!!" If i could give zero stars, I would. I have had my move booked for 6+ weeks.
