The crew AMS set to move us was fantastic. They were very polite and considerate of our belongings. I'll definitely use them again the next time I move.

From the first point of contact, our experience with All My Sons was great. William took great care to ensure I was happy and comfortable in the initial call. The guys showed up on time and worked hard all day. The move took longer than expected, but we knew they were giving the job 100%. They treated our things with respect and were very friendly -- for that we are very grateful. I would not recommend this company!! Quote given to me over phone tripled the day of move. My husband passed away and granted...our move wasn't the easiest. I explained everything. We needed the help as it was only my son and I. We were left with a half of the job undone. OverCharged for a job unfinished. Left with figuring out how to dispose of trash they never took...being charged more because of the job they overcharged us for and didn't complete. The worst scam ever. First 2 different people told me a price per hour on the phone and included a 50 dollars off for military discount. They also mentioned the price just magically got lower which was a lie because several months before when i first got a quote it was the same. Then they took a $100 for deposit and said it will go towards the overall price. Then they showed up and used extra unessisary wrapping material that I did not need and they did not ask about it (they used my personal clear wrap too). The guy couldn'... read more

Borderline harassment. I've had to block at least five separate numbers and every time I've asked to be removed from the call list, they hang up and are so very rude. If that is anything indication of how the company is ran, you'd save money, time and your sanity hiring a team of ants

we we're quoted for 4 hours and told they would be there Sunday. they showed up at 3pm and then said they couldn't do it but they could do it Monday. we had to be out by Monday and we had a cleaning crew coming Monday. they showed up at 8:15ish and now said it would be 6 hours. cleaning crew arrived while they were still living so I had to pay an extra $100 to the cleaning crew. they took 2 hours to wrap up one couch. it went from a quotes 6 hour job to 8 1/2 so my original quote doubled. on top of that one guy was peeing wi... read more

Disorganized and unreliable from start to finish. I clearly explained multiple times that this was not a full house move, only remaining items left by another company. That information was never documented, and I had to repeat it in every conversation, which caused ongoing confusion and an inaccurate estimate. Received an answer to my review that was posted on another site. The person who wrote the response was all apologetic and asked me to call to "have a conversation". I called the phone number provided which turned out to be the corporate office in Texas. The lady I talked to said Jason Patterson is actually in the Jacksonville office and transferred me there. Friendly, courteous and professional until they have your money and a lot of it! Once your furniture leaves, don't expect anything but broken, ruined furniture, with no apology, explanation, or concern. Once the movers saw the condition of the furniture they were bringing in, they got in the truck and left. No inventory, no signature of delivery, nothing! The Manager said "submit a claim." They are a total sham!
