I booked a moving appointment with All My Sons for Aug 26th two weeks prior and was quoted about $700 for the move. Two days prior to moving I was contacted and told that it would actually be between $900 - $1100, I told them this was not what I was quoted when I booked and they stated that I was misquoted because whoever took my call the first time did not fully understand all the work the moving entails. From the very start, their incompetence was evident as we received multiple calls from various employees, all providing conflicting information. The true extent of their unprofessionalism became apparent on moving day, when they didn't show up. They managed to botch our moving date, throwing our entire schedule into disarray during an already stressful time. What a nightmare! A 3 hour job took 6, they didn't even have their own tools, forgot MY tools and screws at the old house, made several dents, scruffs and overall damage to my belongings. One of the workers "quit on me" and went to sit in his truck while the other worker struggled to get the last item which me and my bf had to help with. Management offered me a credit of $226 of the $1181 they charged. Never again!!

My name is Vincent and me and my wife Aly recently moved into our house and used All My Sons Moving In short; 'All My Sons Moving Company' is getting a 1 star review because of poor communication, inaccurate/inconsistent price quotes, and overall poor business proceedings. I just had the worst experience with the company ever... so back in the middle of June I spoke with Nicole who gave me a quote That We agreed upon to move me July 14.... Everything was good and I was the only waiting for that day.... Now four days before I'm supposed to move I get a call from this company and they said that they will be charging me $500 more than the agreed upon amount and that the quote Nicole will not be honored. horrible horrible horrible. couldn't care less about your furniture. overcharged. holds your furniture hostage. until you sign release of responsibiliTy. real assholes to work with. broken half a dozen of items & said they would send me a claim form & didn't. would give them less then 1 star if I could.

Do not use this moving company!! They had an estimator come out and look at your belongings and quote you a price and it was far from what we needed. The customer service was absolutely horrible and I would save yourself a headache and look for another company. They did not put boxes where they needed to be even though they were marked. We had to rent a 15ft truck and pack the rest of our belongings 6 hrs later. And they offer no compensation.

The owner is horrible! Had an 11-4 moving window. 4pm comes around and have not heard a word. Called once and said they'd get back to me. Never did 30min it's later called again and said the previous move took longer than Expected and the movers are taking a break. Fine. Calls back to say actually they can't do your two man move but I can send a three man crew for more money. Complete SCAM - DO NOT USE!!!!!!!! Have a 2 bedroom apt moving to storage. Original moving day was Friday, April 28th. Received a call on Monday asking if I could reschedule for Wednesday or Thursday. I was going to be out of town so Thursday was the earliest I could accommodate. Movers were expected between 2-4 pm.
