Absolutely horrible . they completely destroyed my peloton treadmill and walls broken glasses and refuse to reimburse me for the damages extremely dissatisfied and worst experience in a move I have ever had! DO NOT Recommend!!!!!!!!

This place is garbage. DO NOT USE THEM. The movers were professional and worked hard, but their manager is a joke. I had to argue with him about a military discount even though he said he'd give one. I had everything boxed and ready to go, they used one box for the glass on my tv and did one lap of tape over it and charged me $79 because I have to buy whole packs of them even though only 1 was used. They also charged a $16 per hour "fuel" charge even though when I booked, he said I had to pay an hour of labor for truck ... read more

We were charged for 6 hours of labor (with 3 movers) for what was 4 hours of labor with 2 movers, as 1 broke his finger). That's an extra $429.20 after the gasoline surcharge. Spoke with the GM that was supposed to "look into it". Never heard back, and that's the GM for a nationally accredited company. Buyer beware here.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. They overcharge and have hidden fees. $300 fuel charge for less than 1 mile move. The movers broke some of our furniture and personal belongings. They also damaged the wall in the old apartment and damaged some doors and other items in the new apartment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

This company is the worst. They refused to move us because of green mold on some of our furniture. This is Florida for crying out loud. they also said they take tips as well. I will not be recommendIng to anyone. Found another moving and storage company that was vert very good.

Broke a dresser leg off and tried to hide it by drywall screwing the leg on and painting the exposed broken board with silver sharpie. They also damaged a nightstand, i think by ramming a dolly into it, the nightstand was transported upside down with the dolly hitting the front edge.

Can't trust their reservations. Cancel or want to reschedule a day before they are to move you. Then begrudgingly refund the $100 deposit when you cancel to get another service. Won't recommend and won't ever use

this was a bad moving experience to say the least, and when my next moves come up. I will not be using their services 1. upon arrival, the 'crew' seemed slightly unorganized 2. very inefficient use of time, costing me money. A move that probably should have been somewhere around $1200 - $1300 ended up costing $2200 not including the broken 'new' TV - 3. i had a 90 day old basically new Samsung 75 inch TV ... the movers wrapped it, loaded it etc - when I plugged it in at the new home (while they were here) it quickly bec... read more

This was the worst move I even experienced. I moved all in the living room and all boxed/ totes in the garage. I was told it was $169.00 an hour and would be charge at least an hour for their time if it didn't take that long. I did the walk around. I asked what do you think. He replied you don't have that much. I wasn't given a time frame but I have moved many time and knew it shouldn't take more than three hours.
