If zero was an option, I would give them a zero. I overheard one of the movers talking about me using profanity. Then I overheard him complaining about pay, and using multiple curse words. Then they had me sign off on them leaving a full two hours after they were actually done. I am still owed a $500 credit that he said I should receive. I even called them and asked about it, and the office I had no idea what I was talking about and after weeks I still have no credit and have not heard back. Do not use this company ever!

worst movers ever. beware of this company. they are scammers who will break and lose your expensive property, then refuse to pay for it. they claim to offer white glove service. what a joke!!! they pick up people from anywhere that have zero experience. worst company with the worst customer service. stay away from these frauds.

I hired them to do a local move (no more than 10 miles). They took almost 5 hours to move me out of a 1 bedroom apartment and in to another. There were 3 of them and I even helped. They took twice as long as they should have. To was charged almost $1000 for what should've been no more thank $600. They charge you up front before unloading anything and charge you an "estimate of how long they think it will take them to unload." Just needed movers for 1 hour and they said it was fine and it would cost $205. They called 2 days before they were suppose to come and move my few items I can't lift myself. I was now told it is a 2 hour minimum and it would be $900!!!! Do not use these people and don't rely on them for anything! Call anyone else!!!!

We've moved about 6 times in our life. We've never had an issue with a moving company. We just moved to FL from NJ in a 26 foot Uhaul that was professionally loaded. I had everything in there with a foot of room to spare. These guys show up with a larger truck, and couldn't even finish getting all of the items out of the storage unit. They were about to leave an entire bedroom set in storage and when confronted with it, the guys couldn't have been less helpful. No apologies, no offers for remedies no nothing. Where to begin, with what should have been an exciting "Moving Day", turned into a stressful, unpleasant, unsatisfactory experience, because of the terrible administrative services provided by All My Sons Moving & Storage in Jacksonville, FL! In brief, I cannot, will not, recommend All My Sons to anyone. I paid for an experienced, efficient move. What I got was a pig-in-a-poke. The crew was inexperienced, slow, and poorly trained. Definitely not worth the $206.00 per hour I was being charged. I know most people move past one-star reviews, but I suggest you read mine. It is not about unreasonable demands or just being angry. Moved within the same zip code. the quote was $205 a hour took a total of 4 hrs. They charged me $1400.00. They said an extra $205 trip charge, $184.00 gas for 3 miles and $200 packing material, which all fell off when they were walking up stairs. The will not unload until you pay and threaten to sell all your belongings. DO NOT USE!!!

They waited until they got to our house to move after four conversations and a deposit to tell us our home had to be professionally cleaned. I'm physically disabled and my Mom is a senior citizen and we have to be out of our house in two days. Do not use. Scammers.
