DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY This is the worst moving company you could imagine...it's a scam. They charged us $900 and only moved a portion of our bedroom before trying to hold out items ransom. They changed the terms of our move 15 minutes before they were supposed to arrive, dramatically shortening the amount of available time to move goods and increasing the cost by adding a third mover (which we specifically did not want). This review cost me $440 to write, but it could save you even more by reading. I thought I was doing my due diligence when I hired All My Sons Moving & Storage. They were one of three companies I compared before my move, but I was scammed and misled. The initial phone representative assured me there was no travel fee, and I would only pay for the hours spent moving plus 18% of the total to cover fuel and travel. Even though we went item by item the estimator under quoted the job and turned a quoted $300 job into $800. Also the guys arrived late to the point where they couldn't wrap any furniture or get everything cause they were going to hit their hour limit. This is because the quoter did the same thing for the job before and it runway too long. The movers were ok but the company is not good

The team members were very friendly and professional. But the company underestimated the job and had to come back a second day to finish. And they didn't come back until a week later. Also I purchased insurance, but when I made a claim for a large screen TV that worked before the move and didn't after they denied it. They said it was impossible to determine what caused the damage. But the TV was only 3 years old and it seems obvious if it worked before the move but not after it was likely damaged during the move. But if that... read more

This was the worst moving experience of my life. As a 20 year Navy veteran, I have moved plenty of times. This was by far the most unprofessional and uncomfortable moving experience. I hired professional movers for my heavier or more expensive furniture only to watch it get beaten up and almost dropped down the stairs. One mover yanked my Peloton bike down the stairs then drug it through the dirt. The company has not responded to my email or to their own survey they sent me. Do not use this company.

Scam....I hired them to move some furniture that disassembled and ready. They showed up with 25 foot truck and took 8 hours to load. Of course they were getting paid by the hour. They didn't finish the job and I was charged $350 for gas when they went 4.1 miles to ground level storage. Then I got charged $345 to wrap plastic around furniture. They left tons of packing material behind. They took a small quick job and milked it for all they could ended up costing $2300, and I had to pack two more days on my own.

I only gave a one star review because when we spoke to the person at the business we went over all items in a one bedroom apt without appliances and we did our own packing and had less than 20 boxes. we were quoted between $600 to 700 dollars, and a 4 hour time, I realize that it was probably going cost more, maybe up to $900. the distance between the apt and townhouse was 6.7 miles and it took them approx an hour to travel that distance. we had them on video and it took them over 2 1/2 hours to take the items down the elev... read more

Horrible experience. I literally only had a couch to deliver from point A to B. I specifically told James I didn't want a late start time and wanted it early in the day, and he gave a me a "hanger" time frame of some time before 11 am. I was totally fine with that.  I specifically told him if it would be in the afternoon then it won't work and we can find someone else, in which he guaranteed us it would be around 11 am, and we were open with a little leeway. Worst experience ever. Wasting 800 dollars for one bedroom within 10 miles. The mover is bot friendly and rude. They force me to pay tips as well. Horrible experience!!!!! I can't reject their service because they know my home address. And they overcharge me for 200 dollars as well. Have to contact customer service to get a return. Horrible! Crazy! Bad! Thank god I save records for the exact they leave.
