Horrible experience!!! They lowballed us to get they job on an out of state move. Left half our belongings! Truck wasn't even full! Contract was for remainder of payment due at unload. Threatened me with unloading everything back into house, which they knew was sold, if I didn't pay half of remainder right then! As I drove to new home with 88 yr old mother, was distracted driver trying to get things settled. They showed up 4 hours late the day of my scheduled move (I hired them for loading only) and then said they couldn't finish the move before 5pm and so they were not going to load at all and left. Completely left me hanging.

I wish that I would have also seen these reviews as I only saw google reviews. The guys seemed to be okay however my armor was damaged and had to go to the garbage. I noticed after unpacking I didn't even get all my things and my watch was missing. I was charged 832.50 and they won't off load your things until you pay first. I would agree highway robbery!!! I had a king size mattress and box spring with headboard and footboard and it was already taken apart and a queen size bed and bed frame, a nightstand and Armour 3 bins 4... read more

Absolutely the worst ! Payed over $800 to move my furniture 1 mile... drivers left it on the garage due to staples on the floor.. they did not feel safe. Aside from this ... several pieces of expensive furniture were damaged. Which I was not refunded. Highly not recommended.

The workers were amazing, very professional and took great with my belongings. However, when it came time to unload the truck their process to have the customer pay the bill prior to unloading. My bill was $1212 for one queen sized bed, mattresses, sofa, chair, l-desk and boxes! When I questioned the manger regarding the price he informed that he could not decrease the price under $1000 after he asked what I thought would be a fair price. This is highway robbery! Let's just say I wouldn't recommend this company to my enemy!!...They arrived with a small truck for EVERYTHING I went over with on things I was moving. I'm moving out of a 2,065 square foot house and they arrive in a small truck where they had to leave some of my items and I end up hiring another company too finish moving me. They quoted me one rate for a 4-5 hrs move and at the end of the move they gave me entire different quote and I was pissed. Worst customer service I've experienced in a while. The manager was rude and unprofessional. The dispatcher told me to expect movers around 1:30 PM and I had movers knocking on my door before 8 AM. I offered to reschedule but the manager became argumentative on the phone and insisted he told me otherwise. Since I had no key to my new place and boxes left to pack, I had to call the whole thing off.

I would not recommend All My Sons moving company. Reason being I hired them on 12/05/20 and when the movers, (specifically Daniel Crump) noticed my daughters gaming chair was broken when he brought it right out of the truck, they packed; he apologized, took photos, sent them to his manager and said "they will pay for it". I believed Daniel in good faith when he said "they will pay for it" and even tipped him and the other 2 guys $30 apiece when they completedthe job! November 29, 2020 I would give them a minus 0 if it was available. Unprofessional and very stressful experience I had with All My Sons Moving Jacksonville Florida. I contracted this company (if you can call it that) on October 31 2020 to pick up my furniture and take it to a storage facility I had rented. I paid a down payment to move me on November 28, 2020.
