We had engaged another Moving Company that did not show up, as scheduled, so I called All My Sons to see if they could move us on short notice from Nashville to Dallas. They said yes and they would be there Saturday morning. Later that day, they called back and said it would be Monday. It was the best they could do so we said ok. They promised they would be there at 8am on Monday. On Sunday night they said it would be 1030am instead of 8am because they couldn't find workers. I moved with All My Sons this past weekend and it was an AWFUL experience. We moved into a one bedroom apartment, and I was quoted 2 hours for the job at $149/hr for 3 guys. Only 2 showed up so it took them double the amount of time, but I was still charged the full rate. Then they disappeared for an extra 30 minutes between the house and apt, but I was charged for that time. Worker puked-up in my Bathroom for 30-minutes, the Storage Truck was lost driving for an hour, Management tried to extort me for double labor hours, and the box that opened in their truck is filled with ants! The next day, I woke up to larvae crawling all over the floorMovers from HELL!

if you want to hire a company to move you and expect them to be negligent, you have found it. they reimburse you for damaging your furnishings at 10 cents on the dollar and then have the nerve to imply they are going out of their way.

BEWARE! MANY DAMAGED ITEMS! MUST READ! We ordered a 4 man crew. In turn, we received 3 LAZY boys wearing crocs and slides. They took over 8 hours to pack and load a 1.5 bedroom apartment. We were promised the same loading and unloading crew and we had 2 different crews. We over heard one guy ask "How much time is left" as they were clearly waiting out the clock as they get paid hourly. Seriously dishonest company. They started with 3 guys. I had been told it was the same hourly fee regardless of whether 2 or 3 men showed up. I was encouraged to move on Tuesday because this would be $189 rather than $209, the latter of which they charge on Mondays and Fridays. Nonetheless, their billing form showed $209 per hour. Quoted $716, charged $2399.52- Move scheduled Saturday at 12:30. Original quote for 2 stops was $716. I called again a week prior to remove the 2nd stop and asked what the new rate would be with less travel involved, I was told by Scott that he couldn't calculate it but confirmed it would be less than the $716 originally quoted. Saturday rolls around...I call 3 times between 1-5pm trying to get a status on my moving crew. Everyone was vague but confirmed we were still scheduled. The communication was the worst I've ever seen I didn't receive a call beforehand to get a time for when the movers were suppose to be there on the day of the move I waited and waited until getting a call around 4pm saying the movers quit and they didn't have anyone who could get my stuff. Got lost twice, stopped and ate and lied to dispatch, one guy quit and had to be talked out of leaving, they slow walked my job because they were assigned another job after my move that they did not want to go to. Overcharged and refused to answer questions from the Better Business Bureau.
