We are still swearing about the incompetence of these rip-off artists. They doubled the cost over the quote, showed up late, wasted time on their cell phones for the better part of the day, threw cigarette butts all over the place, then piled everything into the biggest boxes they had before finally taking everything to a storage unit. Being senior citizens we can't shift and sort through those huge, heavy boxes. I work for an apartment complex and hear the WORST things about this company over any other movers. It became personal this past week when they moved my mother and DID EVERYTHING WRONG. They showed up late, then 2 of the three movers frequently disappeared, sat in the truck or just stood around talking. They went til well after midnight, stopping in the middle after 6 HOURS to demand overtime. I had used All My Sons before I did not have the experience we had in our most recent move, thus the reason we hired them again. We had a full home move, including a baby grand piano - which we informed them of. We hired four men to make sure we could get everything done in a reasonable amount of time. I am writing this as I do not want anyone to go through what we did. Our first time to ever use a professional moving company. A new house that we had built. It had hardwood floors on first level that they had scratched extensively. They were banging furniture up and down scratching the floor and I had to tell them to stop and put a rug underneath. All My Sons Moving is extremely unprofessional, unreliable, very poor communication, and even worse customer service. I scheduled my move, and was told the movers would be at my home in the morning of the day of my move. When I called to confirm the time a couple of days before my move I was told it was pushed to the afternoon. Moving day came and we waited, and waited, and waited. Was told that they would show up in the "afternoon" and that the moving guy would call me. I had 2 trucks to unload. 5pm rolls around and no call from ANYONE... So I decide to call. "Sir I promise you, our guys are going to make it there, they had some issues". I said ok. 8pm rolls around and luckily I had a friend who helped my unload the first truck already which was the biggest 26' truck. 9pm and the guy finally calls me and said they are on their way and would be at my place in 45 minutes. If I could give worst then one star I would this is THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD I've never been so disrespected! I don't usually care to give reviews even if my experience was bad. Simply because I believe in second chances but this was beyond horrible. Honestly 0 stars would be more accurate for this. They are the most unreliable movers I have ever dealt with. They confirmed prior to moving that they would be there at 10a. They texted a confirmation the morning of but said they might be late. Then they just vanished, no more texts, calls, nothing. Voicemail box is full- either they are slack or this many people also had problems... take it as you wish. After roughly the 10th call someone finally got out of a meeting??
