Unfortunately I would not recommend. They arrived and did not wear masks, social distance or behave in a professional manner. They also wanted me to pay 1.5 in advance due to needing to "clean up" which only took 30 minutes. Also, during the entire time they frequently went to the truck and could be seen putting a "dip" in and carried the bottle around. The main guy consistently complained of moving and took breaks. I would not recommend this company. The movers showed up 30 minutes late, without any notice (I had to call to ask where they were, even though they said they would let me know when they were on the way). When they arrived, one of the movers wasn't wearing a mask, and when I asked if he had one, he said no. Eventually he found one somewhere, but he and one of the other movers didn't wear masks for most of the time. Only one of the movers wore a mask the whole time. All My Sons performed a local (.5 mile) move of my studio apartment in August 2020. Unfortunately, the move was a disaster and I never write negative reviews, but am hoping to help others avoid a similar experience - five months later I am still dealing with this mess. Wish ZERO stars was an option for this. The worst moving experience we have ever encountered. Not only did they push our moving time back from early morning to LATE afternoon/evening, but they also charged us for an extended break taken by the movers after only one hour. Zero efficiency, zero urgency -- one of the movers would literally take one LIGHT item at a time off of the truck. It got to the point where my wife and I were moving more than they were. DO NOT RECOMMEND -- overpriced, ZERO value for what you are paying.

I booked my move 3 weeks in advance. When I booked the appointment I had 2 requests: before noon and a minimum of 3 movers. The rep confirmed 11am. 3 days before I move, I get a text confirming my move. Not only did they have the wrong address for pick up and drop off but they had the wrong time. After a lot of back and forth, they couldn't even give me a time. I paid Comcast $100 to book a 1:30pm appointment because All My Sons said 11am. This company is so bad that it forced me to write a review on Yelp, which I've never done. They showed up 3 hours late with half of the guys that were scheduled. The move ran over because of the shortage on men and I was charged overtime. The movers would not take apart furniture when I was told that they would. When they returned with my furniture they broke both legs of a high end desk. They marked up my walls. Dented and gouged several solid wood bed frames. Dented and gouged pictures frames. cost of move was misquoted. the truck charge for the first hour was cited as fuel and truck. However the cost of the truck was $139.00 and the fuel charge was an additional $112.00. the movers were very slow. The driver seemed to spend more time on his phone than was needed. I didn't have that much to move but they still took 6 hours. Ridiculous!!! This is the worst company I have ever used. If you want any of your personal business confidential, do not use this company. I moved from my ex's house due to domestic violence and specifically asked All My Sons to not give my new address to the ex. Not only did the movers laugh in my face the whole time during the move, but they decided to give the information anyway without me knowing. Now I have a stalker thanks to All My Sons! This company is very unprofessional and now I am in fear for my safety.

Totally a case of over promise then under deliver. We picked them even though they weren't the least expensive. Packers were very disinterested and packed quite a few things incorrectly so we had things go to storage that weren't supposed to & vice versa. Movers were much better with good attitudes, especially Ricky. They forgot to finish packing & moving one room. When we called, they pushed us off on to sales person who kept saying his boss would call & never did. He returned some of my calls by text. Very frustrating. The... read more
