Some highlights: This company will underquote, then try to charge you 50% more to get your stuff back. They told us 3 movers, day of the move 1 man + 1 woman. It took them 4 hours longer than expected to move AND that included my husband, sister and I helping for half the time! It took us over 60 days to get all of our belongings. Let me start by saying that I am about as easy-going as a person as you would ever meet and never write negative reviews. This company moved my daughter, a Vanderbilt undergrad from one apartment small apartment to another in Nashville. (We, her parents, had a medical emergency and could not be there for the move.) Imagine this: Busy mom of 2 trying to find a moving company that will also store furniture for 3 months and majority of companies in town are out of places to store because of the 03/2020 tornado. I call All My Sons Moving company and the girl who answered the phone was rude so I hung up. They called me back multiple times and I finally answered the phone. BIG MISTAKE!!! It's always hard for me to leave anything but excellent ratings when it comes to small businesses, but all my sons moved me on last week from a one bedroom with very limited furniture into a three bedroom. Originally I was quoted with 3 movers and I thought the move would be a breeze. Needless to say, only two movers showed up and the move took nearly 5 hours and we amassed over $900 in expenses. Terrible company, disrespectful. Where do I start... 1. Didn't show on the day they were suppose to. 2. Refused to pad protect/safeguard valuable paintings, demanded we put them in a box. When challenged, the lead person said and I quote "if you want to continue being a dick about it, I can call management". Over charged. Hidden fees. They say two hr minimum but it's really 3 because they are going to charge you an he to just drive to your house. They have no equipment. I had to run and get them tape even. Dragged my furniture across the floor with no protection. Premium price for piss poor service. Better off getting randoms from Craigslist.

AVOID!!! All my sons did over $4,000 of damages to our floors and they will not reimburse us for the costs to repair them. The company rep lied to us about being reimbursed and now they won't respond to our voice mails and emails. They collect their money and don't care about any damage they do to your home/belongings. BUYER BEWARE!!! I 100% regret using this company and I suggest you do the same for those doing their diligence researching moving companies!

Unfortunately I would not recommend. They arrived and did not wear masks, social distance or behave in a professional manner. They also wanted me to pay 1.5 in advance due to needing to "clean up" which only took 30 minutes. Also, during the entire time they frequently went to the truck and could be seen putting a "dip" in and carried the bottle around. The main guy consistently complained of moving and took breaks. I would not recommend this company. The movers showed up 30 minutes late, without any notice (I had to call to ask where they were, even though they said they would let me know when they were on the way). When they arrived, one of the movers wasn't wearing a mask, and when I asked if he had one, he said no. Eventually he found one somewhere, but he and one of the other movers didn't wear masks for most of the time. Only one of the movers wore a mask the whole time.
