Not even worth giving them a first call for a quote. My girlfriend had to leave her old apartment due to an abusive situation with her old roommate. She moved into my house quickly, and we promptly booked All My Sons to get the large furniture that we couldn't take ourselves. They told us a date and a time for our move, confirmed the two addresses, and took a deposit. However, when moving day came and they hadn't shown up, we called to check in. Horrible moving company that did such a bad job that the storage unit had to call my mother and inform her of how terrible they were treating her things and how they broke her stuff and did not even tell her they tried to hide it and not say a word.Made her pay extra to get her stuff unloaded off of the truck after they started at 8:30 am and by 4:30 she paid them $1500 and they still were not done. Well you're probably here like me.. AFTER the fact.. telling how disappointed you are.. but in case you are doing your due diligence the 1.5 rating should be your 1st clue. Our experience is; Sent a video of my condo and furnishings in to get the quote. In the video our plants were clearly visible. We got the quote and on moving day we're informed they don't move plants.. it's an in town move. I've moved all over the country, 1st time I've heard of this. scott, the operations manager, is one of the rudest, condescending and unapologetic customer service people I've ever encountered. He blamed all my moving issues w all my sons on me! I scheduled a morning move he said I didn't, I never received email receipt he said something was wrong w my email, (theres not I got the one he "resent" immediately.), I was charged twice, all those funds held still (could take 6-8 days for refund) NEVER EVEN APOLOGIZED! No sorrys or efforts to make things right. Very unprofessional and rude.

Movers was playing the whole time. Only one was really working. Didn't wrap my tv up to protect it and threw it on the truck. When unloading they discovered that the tv was broken. The company didn't want to pay full price for my tv nor the other items they damaged and broke. Just an overall disappointment. I would not recommend them. It's such an ghetto, unorganized establishment.

Do not use! Guys reeked of weed and it was worse upon arriving at new place! They were so high they couldn't even take beds apart! Asking me for power tools! I finally went to Lowes and purchased Allen wrenches in which were stolen! Finally was promised by lead man that he'd return in morning to get beds ! Never showed and hung up in my face when I called his mobile number! So called manager Brandon was of no help! The first time I use this moving company they were fantastic, but all they did was unload stuff from a truck that I had already packed after moving across the country. I use them again for my in town move in Nashville. This time however, they call me saying there's an extra guy on the team that they'd give me a deal on his labor. Since I only requested a two-man moving team I said no to Paying an extra $105 for something that I didn't ask for; seemed a bit much. I'll start with the positives- the guys who did the move were friendly and professional. When we needed to ask for money back they did refund us a portion of the final cost (as they should have). The negatives- we were ridiculously underquoted. We were told that the day of the move would take 3.5-4 hours max. It took 6.5. The reason? We were supposed to have 3 guys and only had 2. I used Bellhop (and loved them) for my previous move, but this move was out of their service range, so I hired AMS. BIG BIG MISTAKE! The move should have taken no more than 2.5-3 hours to move one 10x10 storage unit to our home 10 minutes away. Instead, it took 4.5 hours. I am not kidding. First, the team was 20min late, and upon arrival, the team of 3 moved like snails. I knew this was a bad sign, but it was early in the morning, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
