At first I needed just big furniture moved and then turned into big furniture and boxes. I figured I'd ask about prices, so I called. They made it seem like they could work with my budget of $500. They have so many hidden fees that they add on and most of it they ask you while there in your house while they are actively moving, so you are distracted. The movers were hardworkers but for some reason the company wouldn't let me up grade so I could get some more help. I was told they didn't have to stay they could just leave. I needed some help packing and I had no problem paying someone to help. If it was my company I would do what the customer wants since customers keep the company going. Derrick and his two helpers did a great job but the company over all seems a bit shitty.

I would strongly caution anyone considering this moving company. I booked a move from Moore, Oklahoma to a location three hours away for a two-bedroom home. I scheduled the move six weeks in advance, paid the deposit, and received a quote of $2,000. To help keep costs down, I packed all smaller items myself. I confirmed the details with the company three separate times before moving day. On the scheduled morning, no one arrived. We reserved the movers and we're supposed to have one truck and four movers at 1 o'clock. When we finally got a hold of somebody after 5 o'clock, they stated they were no longer going to be able to work because his guys were tired. Absolutely terrible company. Do yourself a favor and hire a different moving company. Absolute trash of a company!

Paid deposit 2 days ahead of schedule, told I was the 2nd move of the day but no time estimate even though they open at 9a. No updates throughout the day I had to keep calling for me to get numerous operators who were NO help. 1st move apparently was "big" and no one came to start my load until 6pm. Years and years later and I'm still mad about these people. Every time I see one of their trucks it's a trigger for me. Look at all these negative reviews ... it's utterly preposterous , absurd. I challenge anyone to find a worse company / company with the worst ratings of any company On Yelp , Google or anywhere .... I promise you won't find a worse company. Maybe it's their scam to keep deposits. You can only cancel by phone, so they just don't answer. No one ever called me back After I looked at reviews and compared pricing, outrageously expensive and unreliable. The girl when I booked said deposit is refundable. It better be after this. Busted a glass top table that had been in my family for 3 generations. Was mad that I wanted to file a claim and very reluctant to give us claim information. Busted the bottom of a dresser Claimed they had no idea how to remove doors from a Samsung refrigerator (maybe they should have googled it since it WAS in the contract!) They had two guys and a girl. That's it!! Would not give us our stuff until payment went through. I would never recommend them.

By far the WORST moving experience I have ever experienced... Yesterday, we were supposed to move into our new house from a storage facility. These guys literally never showed up, never called, never notified the customer they weren't coming. We waited hours on hold and on the phone until finally talking to someone that could somewhat help us get this pushed through.
