Used this company for my first move with no problems. Hired them again and paid $12.50 for a mattress protection bag. The movers never washed their hands prior to bagging and left dirty hand stains all over my 4 month old brand new mattress. Filed a claim requesting $150 for a cleaning company which includes the $12.50 I paid for a bag protector. All My Sons responded with a $60 compensation which doesn't even cover a $100 cleaning service call. Asked them to reconsider and no response to date. Obviously they are not interes... read more

This company was hired to pack and move out household belongings. They just threw everything in boxes without any regard: Bed frame bolts and screws were found in bathroom boxes. Make sure to do your homework before hiring a mover.

Tried using and came out for quote. Gave a partial and said they would get back. Left messages and said Kyle would call you back. Never heard from again. Finally spoke with someone else and said already booked for the time they knew I needed! Don't waste your time!!

This was the first time I ever used a moving company and the way All My Sons treated me I would not use them ever again or recommend them to anyone either. All My Sons quote was so for off from the actual price it was honestly scary. After getting to the storage the movers gave me my fee. As stated before it was way different from what I was quoted. If I could do negative stars I would. Okay bear with me but generally do not use this place to move - it's a scam/rip off/ a joke. I was moving a few miles across town, what should have been the easiest move of these people's live turned into an absolute nightmare. According to the estimate I was given, I expected the move to cost around $750 - instead it was $935. I was charged a fuel charge of 10% of my bill - that includes the flat $159 "travel time" charge that they add - how does even begin to explain a fuel charge? I only moved 3 miles and it took them 20 minutes to drive that distance which, of course, was included in the labor charge. I was charged for supplies they did not use. I set up movers and had everything packed ready to go. They quoted me two hours, which I knew it could possibly take longer. One mover (Raymond Pyles) worked his ass off the whole time and got a lot loaded. As soon he got there he never stopped! The second mover was lazy, did not do anything for the first 45-60 minutes. If I am paying $129 an hour, I pay for people to work. If you don't like this job find another. If this is one of the biggest top moving companies then I expect service to match that. Absolutely the worst experience possible. Not only were they late showing up, the were slow, and scratched and dinged every single appliance I had them move. Will be filing a claim!!!!!!! First and last time I use this company, such a stressful day.

I had to call the boss three times in order to get the movers to complete the move. At first they told me their truck wasn't big enough and they couldn't make two trips. I called the boss. Then they said they didn't have enough boxes and tape. I got them boxes and tape. Then they did make a second trip, after I called the boss again, but they did not finish the move.
