A friend recommended this business, which is the reason I chose to use them. They gave me a quote that was less than other quotes to move from a house to an apartment that was only .8 miles away. When they arrived, they had a document that had a completely different quote on it. That was about $200 more than what they had quoted me and basically said oh that's because we won't wrap up any of your equipment or protect it unless you pay us the extra money. Pam Schalk hired them to move stuff out of a storage unit. Her name was not on the unit nor did she have a key to the unit. All my sons moving cut the lock off and loaded everything on the truck and moved it. We press charges with the police and then called all my sons moving to inform them of the situation. When we called we were hung up on multiple times, and when we asked to speak to a supervisor they refused to transfer us. God forbid you have a claim. (Fat Chance) Overcharged me on labor at both ends of the move, the management said I would get an immediate refund. Not....Everything the salesmen tells you they will do, does not happen. Just and incredible amount of damage, most of it preventable. We bought the full insurance package....30 days later , nothing. In certain we are on our way to small claims court. Lots of phone follow up prior to the move, all silent since.

I recently hired All My Sons Moving & Storage in OKC. It was an utter fiasco. This is truly unfortunate, because I had a very successful move, with exactly the same furnishings three years ago with All My Sons, however I did not have the same experience at all this time. 1.The moving team consisted of 3 individuals. I was quoted 2 movers, for 2 hours for $450. This was not the case; I have been charged over $1300 for what should have been a 2 hour move. We recently used All My Sons moving company and it was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a company. They caused thousands of dollars in damage to most of our furniture, broke almost every glass that we owned, damaged televisions, and ran over our new neighbors metal mail box. Further, they left a lot of boxed up and labeled property at the old house which was being moved into by the new buyers. I do not recommend using this company at all. We will see how they handle reimbursing us for the damage.

The initial call is the reason I selected them but after the deposit was paid it all went down hill. Tricked into hiring two more movers last minute which costed over $1000 and was supposed cost me less and shorten the move time. One of the movers quit within 30 minutes and it took 40-50 minutes to get another person sent to the property. I was never reimbursed for that lost time. Literally the worst moving company ever!! They wrapped our Drexel Heritage, West Elm and 2 antique heirloom pieces of furniture in plastic and scooted the pieces on their side to the back of the truck!! Every single piece of furniture was damaged. The dresser door was impaled by something completely through both pieces of wood! The company claims they are only legally bound to pay .60 per pound of damaged furniture. They offered us $773....would not refund our money. Save yourself the headache and use anyone other than these guys. We moved on May 2nd and still have not received any assistance from their claims department. The one time we did get a response was to inform us that they never received our claim -__- Before we moved, they reassured us that everything would be wrapped up and protected. When moving day came, the movers said that there was a shortage of wrap (I went to Walmart the night before and there was plenty of bubble wrap/ moving supplies still available). I can't tell you how much I detest this company. They charged way more than the estimate, repeatedly lied about whether they could complete the job on time (which they didn't), left early with the truck half filled, broke and damaged a whole lot of items including antiques and family heirlooms, and stole well over $1000 of stuff (so far...there's still stuff missing).
