I am highly dissatisfied with All of My Sons Moving & Storage. I contracted their moving services on Friday, March 21, 2025, for Monday, March 24, at 139.00 per hour. I requested 4 movers and requested that it be completed within 2 hours as I only had 20 pieces of furniture, and most did not need shrinkwrap. They did not show up on Monday, March 24, 2025, as contracted and prescribed. I called them, and they stated I had not confirmed. This company is a joke!! The quality of there works a BAD!! They argued infront of me over something fitting through my front door. One of the guys laid on my bed playing on his phone. The other man was throwing a football in my back yard. I had to call the main office and was TRYING to talk to a Melissa and she was RUDE!!! It took them from 9am to 5pm to load but even then they didn't get it all. I got quoted one price but towards the end I asked for total and they said $1200.00. Canceled on me last minute with no explanation. The only thing I liked was Chip's service and they refunded my money fast.

As a business owner, I understand that mistakes happen, and I always aim to give companies the chance to show integrity when things go wrong. I've extended grace to others many times. However, my experience with All My Sons Moving & Storage showed no such respect or accountability. This might actually be the first bad review I've ever written. Here's why: 1. I requested a pack and move job. I made it clear that staff would be needed to PACK AND MOVE items. I told them the number of rooms and square footage. Made the appointment and put up a deposit. Later in the week someone from the company called and verified the move information. I again said pack and move. Two movers arrived, I walked them through the house and they said it was a lot of packing to do. They called their boss who called me. the worst company ever. unprofessional high school kids, broke 2 pieces. settling with the company was near impossible. never received any compensation. you should avoid this so call company.

A friend recommended this business, which is the reason I chose to use them. They gave me a quote that was less than other quotes to move from a house to an apartment that was only .8 miles away. When they arrived, they had a document that had a completely different quote on it. That was about $200 more than what they had quoted me and basically said oh that's because we won't wrap up any of your equipment or protect it unless you pay us the extra money. Pam Schalk hired them to move stuff out of a storage unit. Her name was not on the unit nor did she have a key to the unit. All my sons moving cut the lock off and loaded everything on the truck and moved it. We press charges with the police and then called all my sons moving to inform them of the situation. When we called we were hung up on multiple times, and when we asked to speak to a supervisor they refused to transfer us. God forbid you have a claim. (Fat Chance) Overcharged me on labor at both ends of the move, the management said I would get an immediate refund. Not....Everything the salesmen tells you they will do, does not happen. Just and incredible amount of damage, most of it preventable. We bought the full insurance package....30 days later , nothing. In certain we are on our way to small claims court. Lots of phone follow up prior to the move, all silent since.
