"all my sons moving & storage of okla city " is the worst ever. they arrived at my home to load FEW things to be transferred to our storage unit. they loaded probably 3/4 of the items. said their truck was full. offered a "shuttle run" for extra charge. i looked in the truck and the satin drapes and white sheers from the livingroom were thrown on top of the boxes and dragging the truck floor. upon preparation to leave the home, i advised them the side door of their trailer was still open. they got out and closed it befor... read more

On November 18th the moving team from All My Sons arrived at my house. Two of the helpers (they must have picked up off the street) looked like they were on some type of drug and not fit to move heavy items of furniture. The proceeded to move my items after given instructions and to make sure they cover my couch. They broke my $800 king bed Headboard and destroyed my couch and ottomans that cost just over $9,000. This is not an organization with integrity. I didn't even get to the actual hiring process. Asked for a quote online, they began blowing up my phone. They texted, but I asked them to email me instead. They ignored this and insisted on at least texting them. I then said to just delete my request since I'm soliciting multiple quotes from competitors. They didn't listen to that and kept calling/texting. Unfortunately the experience wasn't as seamless as expected. I was provided one quote, but at billing given another. The company sent three men out for the job when only two were needed. The Movers had zero experience and didn't have a functional process in place to move things efficiently. They requested several breaks and even took a break to smoke bud. Really disappointed and saddened by what happened to my stuff after being loaded onto our truck by All By Sons. We hired them to load a truck that we were hauling for a cross-country move. During the 4 hour process of loading, they busted two holes in my wall, broke several of my plastic storage totes, dented my son's dresser and destroyed the bottom of a bookshelf. They sent me three high schoolers who damaged (and took?) my stuff. Expensive and unprofessional. They were able to squeeze me in last minute and got to me very quickly, which was awesome. But they went out of their way to tell me I was getting three professional movers, but they sent me three (kids?) who didn't seem to know what they were doing. They struggled with my furniture and damaged the corners of my chairs and couch. They were very nice, and I don't want to come down on them, but a company shouldn't promise me exp... read more

If I could give a lower rating I would. The man on the phone wouldn't even answer how much their rate is without first giving him a day of the week . When I did give him a day, he said he was booked up, so I asked him again how much was their rate? He explicitly told me he couldn't do it because he was booked up. I said I just want to know the rate and he said depends on the day of the week. Very rude, this is what is wrong with customer service. Mad at myself for hiring these guys. Broke a lot of stuff scratches on the furniture and paid a premium for it. Hire them if you don't care about your things being broken. Worst moving experience we have ever had and this is our fifth move. Movers were nice at least, I guess that's worth one star. I feel like I should have just sold my house furnished at least they would have enjoyed no damaged goods.
