This place is horrible, and tried to charge me over $1,200 for 3-4 hours of work, and then tried to charge me for all the time it took them to sit in their truck for an hour, and all the time it took them to drive across town to the wrong address. I requested an online quote for a move, and instead received a text from another person from junk dot com, claiming to be a "partner" of All My Sons who received my information from them, and telling me to go to a different website to request a quote from the partner company (junk dot com). Do not request a quote from them online unless you want your information shared with their "partners". They are expensive. A move that should have taken 2 hours max took 4 hours & cost me nearly $1000 to move 15 miles from A to B. 3 pieces of furniture & approx 50-60 boxes. The 2 young men who showed up at 4pm, only 1 of them did any real work. Blake was extremely lazy & spent a lot of his time on his phone the other young man who I called CY because those are his initials. He was extremely nice & helpful & worked hard. 1 star because they wouldn't let me post with zero! Awful!! They broke over $5000 worth of furniture and tore up door frames. I paid $175 extra for insurance and they "awarded" me $445 for damages...that didn't even cover the damaged door frames!! Also, they didn't move a dresser and charged for a mirror they didn't move! Awful!! Don't use and deal with the headache I'm dealing

Hired these people to move my daughter from one building on her college campus to another after a lot of weird scheduling changes they ended up showing up in the afternoon instead of the morning and then refuse to move her supposedly because of a smell hired a totally different company to come out there the next day they moved her no problem called to get my deposit back they refused after trying to get $60 from my daughter for a trip fee while on the site definitely would never ever recommend this company

Mixed. Movers were polite and mostly careful. Legs on small desk collapsed in new house so somehow damaged in transit. We bought ins so hopefully that will be taken care of. They didn't plan the loading because they didn't have room for the kitchen refrigerator. They called the owner and were told not to come back after unloading to get the things they didn't get on the first load and no offer to come back at another time. Unfortunately, our move with AMS in 2025 went terrible. The crew was awful. They made more of a mess for us. Moving companies are supposed to make moving easier. The Crew turned a 8 drawers of my jewelry armoire upside down! They took some item's apart & DID NOT put back together. I need to have my office Chair cleaned. If you label where boxes go, they'll still unload in wrong rooms. And locally, they charge 16% of labor. $485 fuel for 10 to 12 total miles. DO NOT use this company. They will take your money and NOT provide the service. We paid $1,000 (entirely too much for a local company) to move bedroom furniture approximately 2 miles. They refused to move it claiming that the bed was infested with lice (a bald faced lie). They did NOT even bring tools to move the two beds but they gladly took $1000 from me and refused to reimburse me for the work not done. If I could give them a minus 20 rating I would.
